Best house cleaners, home organizers and general do-it-alls out there. They do the job right.

Think only once about using this business --then opt out.. In order to clean your home, they request more information from you than a bank loan officer. The service performed was inadequate by any reasonable standard. The staff is arrogant at best. What a disappointment. read more

I tried using this cleaning service last summer for my rental home and was wildly disappointed, to put it mildly. The cleaning people are nice and do a good job, but the owner is only interested in gouging her customers. I asked for the minimum service of 4 hours, and put this in writing, but was told after the work was done that the service came to 10 hours. At $60 per hour, this is highway robbery. The second clean was done only 3 days after my tenants arrived, and after 4 hours my tenant asked the cleaning lady if she was finished, since she was just standing in the laundry room waiting for towels to dry. She said yes, and my tenant told her she could go, that she would finish the laundry. The cleaning lady left smiling. A few hours later I received a call from the owner who accused my tenant of abusive behavior and said she kicked the cleaning lady out before she was done. My tenant called me very upset and we both tried to explain the situation to the owner, but to no avail. The owner is nasty, spiteful, and threatened a lawsuit if I didn't pay her outrageous bill. I paid her in full, but terminated our contract and retained the services of another cleaning company. Unless you have money to burn, and don't mind paying someone to clean a clean house, stay far away from A Votre Service. read more
