As an American I can be fairly particular about my wings and I would put these up against most that I've had at home. Really, the only concern that I had was that about a half hour into dinner a group of rowdy girls were seated next to us. They were obviously out for a night on the town and I don't know that I would have sat them next to a family with small children... But again, I'm not sure that it could've been avoided. It felt like locals spilling in after work to celebrate the start of the weekend--and we were happy to be swept up in it. The roasted and braised root vegetables were cooked to perfection--so tender they melted in my mouth.
