I went there on 1/30/25 to get my registration renewed and they asked if I have an up to date insurance card prior to my insurance renewal, I told the lady that I don't cause they don't send me an insurance card prior to the one that's going to expire, I have never had any issues going there and getting my registration renewed, I've been going there for a while and not once have they asked for my insurance card, I even told the lady that I have never had any issues with getting my registration renewed, they did my registration renewal every year and not once was I asked for my insurance card, the lady was very rude and ignorant, she had a really bad attitude, I don't know her name but she was older and gave me an attitude, I will never go back there for anything, don't waste your time with Berwick Notary, no wonder why they don't get a lot of business, I hope they loose customers and close permanently read more

Even with Covid Accomdations things went very smoothly. Professional, prompt service. I have used them before many a number of times over the last 28 years. I recommend them highly. I called earlier to be sure I brought just what I needed for the transaction. Just as they said there was no issues. Was also given advice for another transaction I need to complete in a couple of months. I'm heading back here for that transaction and any others I may have to complete. Kind! Courteous! read more

Very disappointed with our experience dealing with this notary. They offer after hours services by appointment. I called and scheduled a 6:30-6:45 meeting with "Cabin", who instructed me to call her the day of the appointment to remind her - which I considered unprofessional, but agreed with her request. The morning of the appt, I called as I promised, and spoke to a co-worker - as Cabin was not present. The co-worker confirmed the time of our appt and assured us that Cabin would be there because there was even a Post-It note on her computer screen stating 6:30 appt. We drove an hour and a half to meet our seller at Berwick Notary and Cabin was a no show! After waiting 30 minutes and calling repeatedly in hopes that she would realize she forgot to meet us, we left. About an hour later - Cabin left a disgruntled voicemail on my phone (we were at dinner at that point) - saying that I failed to show up. I called her back and she insisted that I gave HER the wrong appt time. I didn't get so much as a sorry for our inconvenience for her mistake. I even explained that I am done working at 5pm every day and would be driving directly to her - as Google Maps displayed a 1.5 hr drive. Meeting her at 7:30 vs the 6:30 time I told her would have resulted in our children sitting in the car for an extra hour....doesn't make sense!!! Very very disappointed that we wasted our time choosing this notary service. If you live locally- you might have more luck, but I would not use them if you need reliability in their hours.
