BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! These people attempted to STEAL stuff from my family when they were moving our items. Then I posted about it here to WARN people of their theft. Since then I had to contact the POLICE and press charges in order to get my property back. NOW they want to complain about my post and I get an email from yelp. THIS IS THE TRUTH OF MY EXPERIENCE!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! UPDATE: The lady/owner of the business called today asking that I take down this review since it is "hurting their business." Well. All I have to say to that is ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They claim that there were staffing issues. Was the staff in charge of their personal cell phones that were contacted repeatedly for a MONTH until I had to get the police involved?? The ONLY reason charges were dropped was because they finally shipped the item and provided a tracking number after the cops told them to or else charges were going to be pressed. read more

The handled a massive move from the Poconos to Westchester. They worked hard and effectively to make sure all my possessions were carefully transported. They were worth every dollar. read more

I can say that they did show up on time and we're friendly. Would I use them again, no. I wish I would've had a better experience. I used a moving company five years ago and everything went excellent. I would not call this a disaster, but it was definitely not a good experience. There are many things I could say, but the main thing is they ruined some of my furniture and never said a word. When they were finished moving my items, they immediately wanted paid. I should've waited until I inspected my furniture. When I did call and complain, they understood and wanted to make it right. But I had to keep calling and calling and texting until I finally got reimbursed for a small amount of what was ruined. this is the first day I've had to leave a bad review. not happy to do this, but others can now be prepared. read more

Great experience with this moving company. From the moment I called, I can only say good things. They were happy to come see the items to move and give me an estimate. I don't ever write reviews; but this moving company deserved a GLOWING review. On 7/14/22, Jamie and his crew arrived on time. He had 5 young men with him. All of the young men were respectful, professional and hardworking. These men wouldn't allow me to lift anything. After several hours and 3/4 packed truck; I was informed by my realtor that my new place wasn't able to hold all my belongings until closing. I went in to panic mode; but all the guys reassured me they would work with me. I found a storage unit 15 minutes from where I was moving. These men all stayed late and moved what they could into the garage of my new place and then drove to the storage facility. The Storage facility was closed and the code didn't work. Jamie and his crew held me belongings and a few days later contacted me to go back to the storage facility to unload. They were the most pleasant I have ever worked with. Whether you are moving local or a distance. These are the guys you want. Monique and Jamie are super nice and easy to work with. I will be using them in the future for any family moves.. read more

This company is great! Very easy to book on-line, responded quickly to my messages and the movers were terrific! They arrived on time, were very careful and pleasant, strong and experienced. We were so happy with them and a job well done. I highly recommend! (Great value too--loved being able to rent our own truck, easy at Home Depot. They were really bad for us. They stay in communication with reminder messages until the day of the move. They showed up late and with NO TRUCK or MATERIALS. We paid for two guys to move us from the old house to new house which both houses were about a minute away from each other, and, within same community. The guys came unprepared, late and said that the owner send them to unload. They didn't know this was a load and unload. Owner never called to speak to us or even apologize. They promised to come back next day and do the job, but next day by 5pm they had not showed up or even called us with an update. The owner communicated only through text and only because I initiated the communication and kept on with it until he answered me. The next day I received an apology email from Nicole and she stated that we would be getting our $50 deposit refunded within 7-days but since August 10th (moving day) we have yet to receive our refund. As of today 11/21/18 we have not heard anything from them. I do NOT recommend this company to no one!...........Solimar Caruso read more
