Great vape lounge. Super fast, unbeatable prices. Their house juice is very high quality. Cool place to hang and vape too, if you're into that. They accidentally sold me a cinnamon flavor that was not compatible with my mod that I bought from them (cinnamon is acidic and will melt certain plastics, which my $100 mod tank is made of). It ruined my tank completely. They were so kind and quick to replace it at no cost. They always have discounts running and their sample bar is second to none. No cheap cartos on the bar. High quality drip tanks that you can actually taste the flavor of what you are sampling. read more

Went to the store and purchased based of of their recommendations. Had to go back the next day because it was messed up and popping. Guy said he fixed it and to wait 15 min to use it. 30min later it was still broken and I went right back to the store where I was told the juice was mixed incorrectly and that was my problem. Got new juice and guess what.....still broken and it leaks. Went back AGAIN. When originally purchased I was told that if it leaked or had any issues to ring it back and they would exchange for equal value. When I went back today they wouldn't exchange for anything even equal value. Said he would give a small discount but nothing more....he's the one that sold me the junk that didn't work from day one. Never again will I go here.....rather drive to dallas than give them any money. read more

My all time favorite store. I love the environment and the customer service! They make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The Star Wars theme with vaping is awesome. Their selection of popular vape juice and Homemade concoctions are off the charts. They have virtually every vape flavor you could ask for! I'm very confused with the reviews on here. 2 of them say that they do not have a return policy, but they have a 7 day return policy, and it even written on the wall. Also after I bought my product, they told me about the warranty card inside the box of the product for anything after the 7 days. I have had 0 problems with their products so far, but it's nice to know they cover all the grounds with their customers. They also have a large selection of Premium juices to pick from. Those reviews are misleading with their information. It is a wonderful place with a great staff. They are also very nice and caring. When I wanted a product in a certain color, they said they'd ordered it and set it aside just for me. Which they did. Not only that, I've been to many other vape shops and this place certainly has the lowest prices I've seen. If you don't believe me, then you should go in and check it out for your self. I would hate for a business to lose some customers due to misinformation. read more

I got the Yelp app just to let people know how bad this place is. Every time I go in there I walk out with a faulty product that they say they can't exchange. Then they so you aren't points on a program that they give you a discount for...I earned points for a 20% discount so they gave me 10% off...so they openly rip you off. I even came back and asked the gentleman about it and he said that he was supposed to give me 10% off when it clearly said on my phone 20% discount had been taken off my purchase which was just a flat out lie. They have good oils, but even though they are within walking distance of my house I'd rather drive the 30 minutes it takes to get to puff and stuff so that I can buy things that are actually new out of the box instead of the display (because they won't sell you the things that are new from a box even if you ask, maybe they will after they have enough people ask) and then they won't return them because you didn't buy them from a box I don't understand these people I've been in retail for 20 years and I have never seen such awful customer service and such awful products. If you have to buy oil its an OK place if you need to buy ANYTHING else DON'T buy it from here. You will be sorry. They will not help you when it breaks a week later. read more
