Got upset with me after selling a faulty product to me. I didn't leave the store and yet he told me I was stealing fr him trying to get a free vape. I asked him to check his cameras because I did no such thing. He told me he wouldn't and that the manager would be in the next day. He wouldn't refund it and he wouldn't give me a product that actually worked. I asked for the manager again he wouldn't contact them until I explained that I would be informing the police that they stole my money and wouldn't give me the working product. At that point after I said that several times he called the manager and the manager said to take a picture of my ID so that if I was stealing he can report me to the police. He then had him swap out the vape for one that worked. The cashier once again told me that he knew I was being dishonest and that the police would be investigating me further. Then he swapped the vape. I have been a patron of this establishment before and I never would have expected to be treated this way. I know that as someone with autism I may not always understand what is going on but I am not the kind of person who would ever steal anything and the fact I was accused of that at all much less in front of other customers is beyond mind boggling and not okay to me. I will never be shopping here again and I recommend no one else does. I had bought multiple vapes today and when the one didn't work, now suddenly I'm a thief. I cannot say this louder NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!

So incredibly disrespectful! Several months ago I had won on one of their slot machines. And…read moreapparently the manager did not trust the employees enough to leave them the key to the safe. So they were not able to cash me out. The The employee explained that this happened quite often and wrote me an IOU. I attempted to cash the IOU several times with no luck due to the manager not being there. When I presented it tonight, the man behind the counter, who I think goes by Black rudely told me that the employee who wrote the note hadn't worked their in months. As if that means anything! And then very aggressively told me I needed to get out. I explained how even if he wasn't able to cash it I was planning on buying some things. He even more threatening said "get out now." This punk is truly an embarrassment to the company. I will never buy anything from him and I will tell my friends about him.
