I had 4 wheels done and they were supposed to be two tone. I had long conversations with one of the…read moresales representatives whose name is Ken. I was very clear on what I wanted. When I went to pick up the 4 wheels, they were only one color. Ken acknowledged that he made a mistake and would correct his mistake by blasting the wheels and redoing them the way I wanted. When I returned two days later they were 2 tone. No problem right? Well it turns out they didn't blast them and redo the power coating like Ken said they did. They simply spray painted the 2nd color over the original job. Now, two weeks later, that paint is coming off. Ken lied to my face when I picked them up the 2nd time. This is the lowest ethical standards for a business to flat out lie to a customer and make him think he is getting something he paid good money for and deceiving them. This is fraud.
