He even fixed scratches from a sideswipe awhile ago to where it' was hardly noticeable. I was so Impressed I had to bring in my Acura as well. Love that feeling of driving a pristine , super clean vehicle! If I wanted to sell a car, a trip to Ray's at Clinic probably adds several times the cost of the detailing to the value of the vehicle. At that time, I was informed I would need to pay an additional $50 due to having an "oversize vehicle." I wasn't happy about the added charge for a standard SUV, but begrudgingly paid it. When I picked up my vehicle, It was getting dark, and I gave everything a quick once over before leaving. The tires were shiny, the exterior was clean, the windows were clean, and the inside smelled strongly of carpet shampooing. It all looked OK at a quick glance. The next day, when I got to see the car in the light, I realized no interior detailing had been done. Everything had only been given a very quick once over. My floor mats were moved to my trunk, and were not cleaned at all. None of the vents, cup holders, storage, trim, etc were touched. The dust and grime I was hoping to see gone from the detail was all still there. Glad I didn't pay full price, because I would not recommend this place. I got the sense they are not very happy about issuing the Groupons, and the service reflected that.

We had privacy tint added to our windows for the home for privacy and also to help with the heat…read more We spoke to the owner at Precision Tint, Greg, about adding tint to the windows and any issues we needed to be concerned about. He said no, and in his 20+ years of owning a business, he has never had a problem with privacy tint on residential windows. We decided to have 25 of the windows done that was being exposed to the sun. Three years later, we have issues with six of the 25 windows done. One of the windows shattered, and five of the windows seals broke due to the tint. Our home is less than six years old and has Andersen windows. We upgraded the windows from the builder grade to a 200 series by Andersen. We called Andersen about the windows asking if they could repair them, and they said since we added the aftermarket tint, it voided the warranty. Andersen recommended getting in contact with the company that installed the tint. I spoke to Greg about the issues, and he said it was a defect in the windows, and the tint would not cause the problem. I explained to him what the representative from Andersen said; he became very defensive and then said, you are out of warranty and will have to figure it out yourself. From the pictures, you can see where the seals have broke due to the tint. I told Greg, I will write a review about your practice methods and how you are selling a bag of goods untrue to consumers. Before I could finish, he threatened he would sue me if I wrote a review for misinformation. I would not recommend doing business with Precision Tint. Not a very ethical company and someone who will sell you lies of untrue claims about tint.

They drove out to detail my car which was super great and I really appreciated. I wanted my car detailed because it was dusty and hadn't had a deep clean in a while! The outside was really clean, but in the inside it looked like there was only vacuuming and wiping down done. I originally called them because I had a stain in my cloth that I was hopeful they could get out and my mats needed a deep clean. However, they were not able to get the stain out and my mats looked like they had just been washed off. They are really responsive and work with you, but I definitely think I over payed for a wipe down of my car. I would just consider what you are needing done and communicate with them to see if they are able to do that!
