Terrible. Car was not entirely clean, I still had many bug marks left on my car which if I'm paying over $50 for a wash they should be cleaned off. Left the place with a chip in my paint, and charged extra for even the most minimal dog hair. First and last time I let someone near my car, next time I'll just do it myself. read more

These guys are great! I can't say enough about what a great job the guys at Xtreme Clean did on my Nissan Xterra. I bought a used 2002 Xterra to get me around while I look for something new. It was in decent condition but I wanted to have it thoroughly cleaned and detailed and after looking for somewhere near my work, I found Xtreme Clean in Leavenworth. I called the day before and set up the appointment and told the gentleman I spoke with that the vehicle was used and I wanted it completely cleaned inside and out so I couldn't tell anyone had owned it before. They did not disappoint. They used a claybar on the paint, buffed, and waxed/polished every surface on the exterior. On the inside they shampooed every piece of fabric and cleaned every spot they could reach, I could not find a speck of dirt left inside the vehicle. I had left them with a few specific requests (remove any stickers and residue from the windows, restore the plastic on the sides that were damaged from the sun and fading, etc.) and they took care of them all. They even cleaned the engine compartment. Anyone I show it to have a hard time believing it is a 2002. You pay for what you get and this much work did not come cheap but I believe it was worth every penny. That being said, I have paid less for the same work at different places and the quality was in no way as good as at Xtreme Clean. I think what was the best part was the pride the workers there had when showing me my vehicle. They were legitimately excited as I reacted to how great everything looked as they took me through the vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work done. read more

I rented a truck and picked it up at 12:45 pm and returned it at 10:45 pm the same day. My wife called the first thing the next morning because a two-day rental was pending on our account and was told to call back to talk to the owner. She proceeded to call four more times and was finally given a number for U-haul. When we called they informed us that the owner had checked the truck in two days after we had returned it and there is nothing they can do. I tried to call and again was told to call back. If you research past reviews across different platforms you will see I am not the only customer this has happened to. Straight up shady. read more

The good news was they did a great job on my truck. She hasn't been that clean since she was new. The bad news is someone there decided to help themselves to the couple of dollars worth of change in my console. I felt taking the dollar coin and couple of quarters was pretty low class. There was another coin that went missing that had sentimental value (old penny worth about $20). Forgetting that coin was my fault, but I thought the change in my console would have been safe. Not so much. Sorry guys, but I don't think I'll be back because of that. I hope that little bit of change was worth losing a customer over. All this after I spent $200 for a full detail. read more
