I recently had my hair done at the salon, and I have to say I was really dissatisfied. I'm not one to write bad reviews about anything, but I wanted to save someone the heartache of coming in and having your hair completely turn out not anything what you were told and promised it would be. After showing pictures and going over it several times, the person that did my hair acted like they didn't care at all they completely got it wrong! She was very unprofessional. Most of the time I was there, she was talking to other stylists about her personal life and how she was so tired because she did some type of race and that she wished she hadn't had to work that day, when she realized that she made a complete mess of my hair, she continued to act like it was fine and that in a few weeks I would like it . When I told her I did not like it at all, she just started making excuses. I would never recommend the salon , and I honestly think that they really don't care about their customers or losing them . I left there completely unsatisfied and was charged full price. when they admitted that they completely got it wrong. . After I just really wanted to get out of there. I had to go to another salon the next day to have it fixed. I was never contacted again. They never apologized and they made it a point to tell me that they would be in communications with me to set up another appointment to help fix the problem that they made, because they couldn't finish it because they didn't have the time that day. I really think that it was poor customer service. I am just glad that I was able to find a salon that was able to help me and fix the problem that they made. read more

I wish I could just fly back to Wooster, Ohio every time I need a haircut. Seriously. Words I never thought I would say. While I was home visiting family over the summer, I stopped at Bespoke to see Hannah. She did an AMAZING job on my hair. So much so that it's left me feeling a little bitter--I have never had someone do such a good job on my short hair before or since. I have short pixie hair--I like a fairly tight fade around the sides and the back and the top section of my hair trimmed and stylized. She 100% nailed it. Everyone else I've tried either does a nice fade, but can't trim/texturize my top section appropriately, or can trim/texturize but can't get my fade quite right. Hannah is trained/certified for both women's and men's cuts, and that's what makes her so unique. I wish I could find someone like that where I live. I've been a client of Angela Steiner's for over ten years now and she is simply the best! I wholeheartedly trust her opinion and nearly every time I leave, I feel like she's listened to my ideas and has somehow figured out how to bring them to life!
