Literally never going again! I went twice and they did terrible on my nails both times! Rushed through the entire process, and you could tell afterwards! Terrible experience. They went through my 16-year-old daughter's purse for payment while she was under the nail dryer -- completely inappropriate and invasive. They also cut up her cuticles and didn't clean tools or stations between clients. This place is unsanitary and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. read more

I went here when out of town after an old friend recommended Roberta at this location. When I called to make the appointment she was unavailable so I decided to take a chance and went with "next available". I asked for a gel manicure but received something much more mediocre. The gel manicures I received in the past lasted 2-3 weeks and are not considered the same as Shellac like it is here. This time after only 3 days nearly every nail was lifting at the edges and after getting stuck in my hair multiple times one had peeled badly the next day. I noticed they only do one coat of base, one of polish, and one top coat. The result was left bumpy and uneven. My usual place does 2 coats of each and take twice the time to do it beautifully, very smooth and perfectly even. They are also usual much more firm and barely lift even after 3 full weeks. Reluctantly, I went back in to ask for a fix hoping to either get some of my money back or have them redone by another technician with better attention to detail. Instead they offered to have the same technician fix only the damaged nails. The "fixed" nails were done even worse than the first time with polish overlapping on to my skin, and not the same color. All staff were seemingly very pleasant, but not certain as they often communicated in another language than English. I will not be returning. read more

My second time in this place and it was the last chance to do my nails again there. The manager is really nice and kind...but he pissed me off because I did appointment with Roberta...and guess what?! He put me to do with another girl. Almost $38 dollars for manicure with gel and horrible manicure service. The polish gel already gone (I did my nails last Saturday). I am so sorry...I come from California (expensive state) with $38 dollars there I Can do manicure and pedicure. I really think we pay the wine/water/soda they serve there. No way pay again $38 dollars for a awefull service. And another bad thing I noticed there: they do not sterilize the cuticle pliers. So the manicure has one in her drawer and she use with everybody. My friend and I were super excited to get a pedicure for a girls day and this place had great reviews. The staff was very friendly, however the pedicure itself was horrible. The polish is uneven and left a mess around my toes, my toenails are cut super short and uneven, not to mention she cut me multiple times, and there is even a hair dried into the polish on one toe. My feet weren't massaged, only my calves, and I was never asked what pedicure package I even wanted. I could've done a better job at home by myself. Diva nails was clean, friendly and easy to locate. Scheduling an appointment was quick and they were able to get me in the same day. I had SNS (gel dipped nails) for the first time. Love them! Several coats are applied using polish and very thin powder gel - no UV lights! The salon has TONS of color choices, it can be a little overwhelming at first but the staff is very patient and will help you choose if you like. Shelly was kind and thorough during my manicure, making sure to take extra time so everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her! Very crowded, understaffed, and I felt the technician was feeling rushed. I had a new, full set of acrylic nails placed with gel polish over top. The gel is extremely thick, lumpy, and bumpy making my nails look very awkward. The polish wasn't even placed all the way to the edge of my nail by the cuticle making it appear as though I'm already due for a fill in a few days. The edges of my nails were filed uneven and nails are all different lengths, especially if I compare with the same nail on opposite finger. Not worth the time or money in my opinion. read more

I went into diva about a week ago looking to get my usual (acrylics with regular polish). While the price was good, the quality of the nails was not good. The nail tech asked if I wanted gel nail polish after I replied "no thank you", she continued to try to persuade me. After her attempt to persuade me failed, she seemed to purposefully do a bad job. As I suspected, the nail tech did not do a good job. After just 5 days my nails easily popped off as I went about my regular daily tasks. Normally, I have no problem keeping my nails on for 2.5-3 weeks with regular polish. Not only was the quality bad, but the nail tech didn't even bother trying to smooth out my nails with a file or ask what length I wanted. I didn't like how they looked and they did not last. Before the nail tech was even done doing my nails, I was considering writing a bad review due to the poor service. read more

it's either a hit or miss with divas. sometimes i'll go in there to get my usual (acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure) and it will be amazing service and amazing job done and other times not so much. Worse experience ever! My nails would have looked better if a five year old painted them. The polish is not even nor does it cover my entire nails. The sides of my nails tips were missed. They look splotchy where the polish wasn't applied evenly. Even after I told him that the polish wasn't removed and he spread the nail polish remover all over my fingers and just left it that way. He was in a hurry. When I showed him a picture he said that it was too hard. Aren't they supposed to be the experts? If I wanted straight polish I could do them myself and way better! What a waste of money. If I didn't need to have the gel polish removed I wouldn't even go back. Now I have to endure another visit to get the polish off. I hate it when no one listens to what you want. My nails are short and I don't want a french manicure on short nails and the white part on the ends he made so wide they look really odd. Plus with the polish not even covering the entire tip edges of my nails. Hopefully when I go back the other guy will do a better job or I'll never go back. For my time being wasted on another day to go back the least they should do is not only redo my polish but refund my $ since they are now screwing up my plans I have made for my day off. My daughters nails that were done came out really cute. What a vast difference so to be fair it depends on who does your nails at this nail salon, however every customer should be getting a professional job considering how expensive it is. So ask for the owner I believe that is who did my daughters nails. Update: not able to get in to fix them next day with the same tech who did my daughters nails so I'm going to go elsewhere to get them fixed today and end up paying double! I had not been here in a long time because I have never had a good experience, but gave them a try over the weekend due to a wedding I was in. I got a pedicure and it was the best one I have had in a very long time. The guy took his time and my feet were so smooth. The polish however was a different story. I don't know if the polish was old, but it never dried completely. I had my nails done around 1 o'clock but when i got back from dinner later that evening the shoes I put on at 6 pm had rubbed the polish on my big toes off. After my pedicure, I just wanted a gel polish to match my toes. Rose did my nails. She asked me numerous times if I wanted a manicure. After telling her no over and over again, she insisted my cuticles were too long to put polish on my nails( which wasn't true because I have been keeping up on my nails at a different salon). I told her yet again that I just wanted a polish and she continued to push for me to do a manicure. She walked away from her chair and came back with a bowl of water and began cutting my cuticles on her own. I was then charge for a manicure which I insisted I didn't want because she didn't listen to me and went ahead and started doing them on her own. The polish not drying is one thing, but the Rose situation was beyond irritating and I will never return. I will go to a different salon where I know exactly what to expect and where I don't argue with the nail tech over what services I want. read more

My friend (that is 8 months pregnant) came to visit me and we wanted to get our nails done. I called to see what the wait time was and they were able to get us both in for a Mani/Pedi within 10 minutes. They were so accommodating and great company! They kept checking with us to see if we needed water, if the water in the pedi bowl was too hot, if the towels were too hot, if we needed anything. It felt like a spa treatment and it was very affordable. I will never go anywhere else. 10/10 by far, hands down! read more

I have been recommended coming here from many people and my first time there was a little disappointing. The staff itself were very friendly and amazing personalities but I was too occupied with the uncleanliness of the place to have a good time there. That being said, if you are getting a pedicure than it is great! But anything at the stations is beyond disgusting. They do not clean between customers (beyond wiping a dry/used towel across the table) and even witnessed an employee explain that the customer they were working on had fungus under her nails but didn't tell her how to prevent it or properly clean their equipment after she left. Also most of the stations are covered in dust and I didn't see anyone setting their personal tools in sterilization between customers. I would definitely be wary coming here. And like I said, probably go somewhere else unless you want to get a pedicure which looked like the only thing that was sanitary (they used liners between customers in the actual bath and of the employees I saw, they actually sanitized tools). regardless I'm prob not going to be coming back anytime soon. read more

Cherry was so great! I got my nails done for the very first time today. Cherry was very knowledgeable and guided my decision for my color (the one I thought I picked out wasn't what I really wanted). Service was adequate at best. We did not even get our drinks until I asked for them halfway thru the meal. My salad consisted of very little lettuce. Even less chicken and a huge mound of cranberries and nuts. I've had this salad before at other locations and it does not even bare a resemblance to the one I just received. I got so tired of just eating cranberries and nuts I asked for a box. When my box came so did my banana nut bread! Had to pack that too. Now the exciting part. As I went to pay a receipt did not come out. The young boy at the register was flabbergasted and kept asking for help. I moved to the side so that the three sets of customers behind me could pay. When the manager came out he said, gotta do it again. This time my bank declined it. Knowing I had over $500 available to me on this bank card, I offered to pay cash and quickly checked my card balance on my phone. When the cash transaction was completed I asked for a receipt. Now we have three young ladies going thru the trash looking for a receipt. Finally, the manager makes his way over. Without saying anything to me he goes into the back and makes a copy of the receipt. As he hands it to me, he announces to the entire restaurant... Hey it ain't our fault your card was declined...
