Unfortunately they haven't been briefed so even the most basic of questions is beyond them such as what color S class is on display. As Mercedes slogan is the best or nothing it's a nothing I'm afraid. At least with cheaper cars like a Honda or Toyota can speak with the dealer directly. All the receptionists can do is take your number for later but who wants to be harassed by a salesperson constantly phoning once they have your number.

The real test of any dealer is how they deal with issues. I can't comment on that but I have found…read morethe staff to be friendly and polite. Easy to park with a large forecourt. They do keep brochures rather than just saying it's online. Haven't seen any angry customers unlike other car dealers and just a much more pleasant experience than say Currie Motors Lexus Twickenham where the staff are far less knowledgeable or enthusiastic.
