My jeep was beyond gross, I take my corgi everywhere in it and it showed, dog hair, nose prints on the glass and drool. Then Adrian himself contacted me to give some poor business experience excuse why that happened and rescheduled me himself. No one showed up. Then Adrian told me he would do it himself the next day and he showed up 40 minutes late with no advance call or text telling me he was running late. Then he had the audacity to tell me I am being rude when I told him in a normal tone of voice that I have high expectations of him. If I could easily get a refund of the remaining $1000 on the contract I made with him I would.

Detailing places usually want to detail your whole car and I didn't want to pay for all of that. I called Crestview Auto Spa and immediately got a quote ($90 for a full shampoo/stain removal) and an appointment that worked for my schedule. I waited a total of about 1.5h and my seats looked great + they do a complimentary car wash and window wipe down which was a perk. My seats were damp (obviously) so they wrapped my drivers seat so I could drive home without discomfort. I left all my windows open and parked in the sun for about 3 hours and everything was 100% dry. Great customer service and I'm very happy with the results. I will be returning to Crestview Auto Spa for my car detailing needs!
