The washing by the auto washer was adequate. I paid for the "Supreme." That was a disappointment. Many areas of the outside was not properly wiped such as the very bottom of the rear fenders, the rocker panel on the right side was dirty and 2 pieces of chrome below the rear lights were not touched. The dash and the door panels were all streaked and the driver's side mat was not placed in the screws and locked in position. Oh, and by the way, the windows where one can view their vehicle progressing thru the wash could use cleaning. Impossible to see thru them. read more

Ended up hearing from a friend that these guys did amazing full detail jobs, bought their full premium package for $132.99 that included 4 stage waxing system with 7 month warranty, engine cleaning and door jambs and every nook and crrevice in the vehicle. Was impressed with the work they did on my BMW 7 series and would gladly recommend them for their work!! read more

They do a great job here but I will not be coming back. One of the workers took all my coins out of my coin tray except for 3 pennies.

Very expensive, slow and the job was done half-assed. I paid for an interior and exterior cleaning, and it looks like the dash was wiped down and that was it. My center console and drink holder, which needed to be cleaned, weren't. On virtually every side of the car there was something that had to be hand wiped off. The front still had all kinds of debris left on it. Towel lint *everywhere*. Oh yes, and the car was still mostly dripping with water as well. I'll go home and finish the job myself. Go elsewhere, you have been warned. read more

$31 for a "delux" car wash that left dirt on the top of my car and poor glass cleaning. Complained to the manager on duty, tore up my frequent saver card with 8 washes credited on it and returned it to the manager. Want a CLEAN car? Go elsewhere. read more

I have always had a good experience with this car wash until today. When I pulled up the gentlemen Came to my vehicle saying I could not get the basic package because of the crumbs on the floor of my vehicle. I advised them I would get the rest of the trash off the floor and move one of my car seats and all they had to do was vacuum and wipe everything down. Doors, dashboard, etc. Everything that was included in the basic package. The man told me it was worth More than 20$ and the basic package was only for the cleanest of vehicles? He advised me I could get a higher package including wheel cleaning which I did not want. His attitude was nasty and he didn't even look at the inside of my vehicle to be able to see if it was "that" dirty. I got back in my vehicle and drove away. I was not under the impression they count the crumbs on the floor and decide pricing after. I'm very upset About the entire encounter. I was super embarrassed he said all of these things and Tried to charge me more for absolutely no reason! My car wasn't even that dirty read more

Paid $37 for the supreme wash and I could've done a better job myself at home with my home vacuum and a hose. They definitely half assed cleaning my car. Disappointing. read more

Just got back from auto spa in crestview. It is far from a spa for vehicles. I paid for the ultimate package...around $35. It is obvious there is no attention to detail. It took about 20 minutes. I got back home and noticed things that should have been cleaned and was not. Spots all over the hood and side of my SUV...I was actually able to rub a clean spot on my hood with my finger. Dirt was left around my console; outside mirrors were left with film and streaks; obvious dog hair left in the rear of the vehicle; windshield and back glass dirty in the corners; outside of glove box had one swipe of a rag that left obvious streak and dirty areas. They really need to hire folks that care about what they do. This isn't worth the money. How can anybody trust their work on the $105 package if they can't get the basics correct?? I will not be going back...recommend someplace else. read more

My husband took my vehicle down to get it vacuumed and washed. He just got home and I am amazed that there was still debris (from grandkids) in and on the seats. There were pieces of paper etc in the floor board (how hard can that be to vacuum up?). I am so disappointed especially with the prices they charge, will not use them again and would NOT recommend to anyone. read more

Horrible job! Windows are streaked and spotted from being sprayed with something. Dashboard is streaked with something. 3 out of 4 tires are shined while 1 isn't. Floor mats are out of place. Exterior is all linty and spotted. Total half assed job. To top it all off I have been standing at the front desks so they can fix what they didn't do....for 10 minutes. The longer I stand here the more angry I get. 32 bucks is a lot of money for a car detail...you should give your customers what they pay for. I will drive down to FWB for now on to get better service from another company. read more
