You expect the gear to be in good condition and the experience to be pleasant. That would make for a 4 star experience in my book. But, Doug went above and beyond the call of duty. From helping me pick exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, to communicating with my insurance company to make sure they had all the information I needed in the right place so that I would be properly covered should something go wrong. I called the man at the last minute "You got a slider?" the answer was "Yup" and it was promptly picked up. My delivery guys dropped the ball so Doug brought the gear to my shooting location which was luckily not too far from his office but still, way above and beyond what I expect a gear rental business to do. The best way I can describe it is pride of work. I will ALWAYS rent from Pro Gear Orlando! They saw that vendors didn't get a chance to leave their tables to go grab water and food and made sure to walk around and offer vendors water bottles and ask them about whether they have eaten. Me and vendors around me had zero issues and setting up went great! The spot had great AC which in the summer is a must. The bathrooms were clean and neat. Great venue!
