We have used fiesta solutions a couple of times and everything has been fine. Everything would have been fine for my sons wedding except that the dance floor separated while people were dancing. This caused my wife's heal to catch and she fell over breaking her wrist in two places. It has been three months and she is still going to physical therapy and had to have surgery at the hospital. The most disturbing thing is that fiesta solutions refused to accept responsibility. They "gosted" my calls. The wedding was ruined for my wife who spent over 100 hours coordinating the event. The bottom line is the guys assembling the dance floor were more interested in their phones, than ensuring the dance floor was assembled and secured correctly. read more

From the moment you walk in it's apparent that this is a professional, well run, top notch event rental company. The staff is friendly, they greet you. All of their inventory is displayed neatly, it is clean, and the showroom is well lit. They were knowledgeable, conscious and respectful of my budget, and helpful with creative solutions and overall extremely positive. I was very comfortable working with several of the staff members because the were all welcoming, friendly, honest, upfront about pricing, explained everything, and gave their real opinions (not just one to get me to rent more). I wasn't pressured, made to feel that I get rentals if I didn't give a deposit or sign a contract right then, and I was always comfortable and relaxed. In fact, I rented immediately and I never do that because I always walk away and think about it. The price was great, the delivery and set up costs were appropriate, and (I can't remember her name, but I can remember what she looked like) the employee working with me explained everything so clearly I didn't have any questions. Great example of a small business taking advantage of people in a time of crisis. I am a first time mom that was planning on using their services for my baby shower. With the COVID crisis, CDC and local mandates forbidding events more than 10 people we had to cancel our baby shower- with more than a week to spare mind you. We reached out to the team to cancel and they informed us they would not provide a refund and in light of the circumstances will give us credit for 18 months instead of 12. I informed them I won't have a need for $200 worth of materials because my shower is canceled and not by own doing. The manager informed me they can't provide refunds because they don't have the money to do so (how if my event didn't happen yet?), they are a business that is impacted as well and there's nothing they can do. I'm sorry but a business should not be spending money they don't have first of all, second it's not like they have done anything with the tables or chairs, my event is over a week away, how do you justify keeping my money? This is unforeseen circumstances and you would think a local business would empathize with the situation and not take advantage of people. You can tell a lot by a companies ethics, especially in a time like this and they do not stack up. read more
