I contacted Brett this morning through yelp (along with a few other contractors) with a job to pick up a pile of woodchips. He was booked, but he squeezed me in and the quote was fair. Brett communicated with me throughout the day to let me know his estimated time of arrival. I really appreciated this. OMG! AMAZING response time, status updates, quick in and out. Came over for an estimate and ended up picking it all up same time. Around 4pm today I sent a request online for an estimate. Within minutes Brett responds with an eyeball estimate from the pictures I sent and asked if could schedule an on-site free estimate today with Jeff between 6-8. I scheduled for around 630. Brett updated me that Jeff was running a little late and would be on-site in about 12 minutes. No worries on my end as I was expecting and open for that 6-8 window. Super appreciated the heads up and status updates. Jeff came and gave the same estimate of $200. I asked him so when can we schedule for the pick up as I need this stuff gone before the weekend. He said right now if ok. I said wow sure, please! Right away he started loading up his truck. Last minute i completely forgot about the TV in the house and for an extra $15 for disposal fee Jeff took it too. So all in all $215 for all this stuff!! In and out in about 40-45 minutes! Was not expecting this to get done same day so super happy and well worth this long detailed review to show how AMAZING this experience was and will definitely use again and HIGHLY recommend!
