These are rough times, and I am definitely the DIY homeowner type wherever possible. My uncle and I took on the challenge of installing our own artificial turf in the backyard. In order to do so, the first step was to rent a sod cutter and remove a layer of the existing lawn. All of the rolls then needed to be disposed of. Well, it turns out this was A LOT more work than we anticipated. I contacted Jesse who was very responsive in regards to my junk removal request. He provided a very reasonable initial estimate, and upon arrival, we both agreed the amount of work was worth much more. It took Jesse and I nearly a full day to load up all the sod rolls onto his trailer for him to dispose of at the junk yard. I think he made a total of three trips out there. These were extremely heavy rolls, and BACK BREAKING work. With Jesse and I taking on the task, it definitely probably saved my 60+ year old uncle from injury. The photo shows only about half the rolls we loaded. In addition to the rolls, Jesse helped me shovel up remaining debris and yard materials that were also just as comparably heavy. I don't think he was planning on doing this initially lol, but he was just genuinely willing to help out to finish the job completely. On the day of the haul, he arrived on time and ready to take care of business! I'm already in touch with him for a possible second time to collect more things and he has been very responsive. Nothing beats excellent customer service! In terms of pricing, it was fair considering the amount of stuff that needed to go. His trailer was at capacity by the time everything was loaded onto it.
