Despite the lack of warmth in customer service, I'd go back if I need more rocks in the future. I'd recommend them if you're looking for good prices and same-day delivery, just don't expect a smile with your service, after all, they're selling rocks, not charm.

Their invoice to Gravelshop was for $345. This compares to $674.08 cents that I paid to Gravelshop for the order. I have no issue with mark-ups through the channel, but a 95% markup seems a bit excessive? I also compared this to the last order that I made for the same product, same amount etc., in November last year - that order was $603.13 so year-on-year Gravelshop increased its price to customer by 12%. It seems everyone is gouging as much as they can nowadays, and the consumer is the one paying the price. I am sorry to say that although the delivery/service went smoothly, enough is enough and unfortunately I won't be ordering through Gravelshop anymore with prices like this. This is unfortunate, as I have otherwise enjoyed my experience with Gravelshop.

She arranged to have it delivered between 12 and 2 PM the same day. Right on time at 12 o'clock, the delivery driver arrived with a semi-truck and forklift. He was incredibly professional and skillfully placed all five pallets of sod in convenient spots around my backyard, making it so easy for us to access and install. From start to finish, Pop's Nursery was professional, friendly, and efficient. They even called ahead to confirm delivery time, which I really appreciated. You don't find many places that operate this smoothly anymore--and their prices are very reasonable, too. Highly recommend!!

I am CONVINCED Dixon Nursery and Committed Services are working together to CHEAT every customer AVOID both unless you are ready to stand and count every piece of sod on the pallet and count every yard/unit of soil.
