But last night my dog Who is a happy little 15 pounder and loved by all groomers, shut down and didn't wanna move. He has a history of a slip disc and sometimes it acts up and he shuts down and doesn't wanna move. That happened last night, so early this morning before my dog was up and about I called the groomer and left a message to let them know my dog wasn't up to it. I apologized for such late notice. Anyway when my dog awoke he was fine, clearly his condition has resolved. He's running around chasing the cats. So I called the groomer back over an hour before my appointment time this morning because I had not heard back and left a message that I would be there after all because my dog was fine. She immediately called me back and declined and told me I couldn't bring my dog in because she was not comfortable grooming him. I assured her he was fine now & the worst that could happen was the disc could slip again and he wouldn't feel well. She declined. Honestly, I was surprised, as dogs having slipped disc's are quite common. So I asked would she ever be comfortable Grooming him and she said no. So be warned, if your dog has a history of a slipped disc either don't tell this groomer or don't book your dog.

I didn't even complain when my dog came home with an injured leg and a $300 vet bill! I thought accidents happen! No big deal! Now, they will not groom my 15 year, old ten pound, dog because she moves around too much! They suggested sedating her! Mind you, they cut her hair in 90 minutes. She must have been a real handful to do it that quick! Have some patience with a deaf dog with cataracts! They treat older dogs like garbage, you should just throw them out and not take care of them in their opinion! Why would they want to have any compassion! They can get a new, younger dog for a customer and make more money! After all, my dog is a senior citizen so why bother! They say on their Facebook page they support older dogs! Complete BS!

Emily has been a godsend to us since we got our puppy back in February. She pops in when we have to…read morebe away from him longer than we'd like, and she gives us the piece of mind in knowing that he'll be taken care of while we're gone. She is also VERY good at exercising him and helping him get all his puppy energy out so he sleeps through the night for us, which was a real struggle in the beginning. Our two dogs absolutely adore her which makes us feel so comfortable leaving and knowing our fur babies are happy and so well taken care of. I specifically said to just trim him. The Groomer even said she was just going to trim him with the scissors. When I picked my dog up five hours later, he had been shaved completely except for his head and a few inches towards the end of his tail. I was so shocked, I just took my dog and left. I will not be returning.

I've taken his ti several different kennels in the past and he has never had such a proudly joyful reaction before. And this is consistent. As the owner, I am always pleased to see it so spotlessly clean and am thankful for how flexible they are willing to be to work with my scheduling needs. But beyond all else, I feel extremely comfortable knowing the dogs are well cared for, well exercised, socialized and safe. They don't gouge you by demanding more money for walks and playtimes like other kennels. I respect that they firmly believe in the care they give and that they give the best to 100% of the dogs they are entrusted with, so that all dogs get equal and extensive playtime everyday, regardless of how much money you have in your wallet. This is by far the best place you can take your dog and after discovering it I truly wouldn't take mine anywhere else!
