So I looked for a better deal. They weren't interested in price matching or looking for another solution. Then my policy was not renewed because I have copper plumbing (the most common type in the US). Copper lasts 75 years and this property was built in the mid-1980's. I felt compelled to warn others there is zero customer service or loyalty with this office. Look elsewhere there are better options.
