Employees were kind and helpful, this is not the staff's fault, but rather a management/supplier issue. I bought a PSVR2 that did not work correctly out of the box (trigger not working). I exchanged it for another, and had the same issue. I exchanged it a third time, and... exact same issue. Same button every time. Finally the manager gave me my money back, which I took to Walmart and got one that actually worked as intended. I visited the new Starbucks in the same plaza as this Best Buy. Naturally, I needed to go in the store. I like technology and I enjoy browsing. The store is set up like a typical Future Shop-turned-Best Buy store. Cell phones are the first items that you see. It's a wide store that isn't deep when you walk to the back. I didn't find anything that I truly needed, but it was good looking at the cameras and fitness trackers. The washrooms are in the left corner. You see it best when you pass by the checkout area. The manager on duty at this time was Chris Landoni. I came into Best Buy to purchase ASUS laptop with Microsoft office. The promotion states "$20 off Office with purchase of any laptop". The cashier @ service desk was midst cashing me out and Chris the manager came by and said the promo will not apply because Office is already on sale. No where on the sign or online was that stated. He gave me 10 seconds of his time and quickly walked away to help someone else. I followed him to further speak with him but he ignored me, I watched him help someone else with ease-a completely different attitude. I believe Chris judged me, a woman of color, and decided who I was before giving me the time of day. I called customer service (866) 237-8289 and they confirmed I was correct and advised me to contact head office. I later returned in the evening to do the purchase and a different specialist applied the promotion with ease. read more

Bought a TV from this location. When picking it up there was an amazing employee who did his absolute best to help me load it into my tiny two door coupe (The TV was a 55 Inch in a huge box). Eventually we ended up taking it out of the box so it would fix. Best customer service I have ever received! read more

Really enjoyed my shopping experience here today. At first it was hard to find anyone to help us, but once we did, we learnt a great deal from Tyler. He helped explain the different options within our price range and what the coming tech trends were. He also helps save us money, which is amazing. Too bad there's no option for zero stars. Because that's what my experience deserves. Trying to exchange my headphones under the warranty and was given a cheap, and terrible quality product in return. Not only was I disappointed because I've exchanged the same headphones after one of the ear buds wore out to other locations around Ontario with no issues but this time was given circa 1995 headphones, but the woman who helped me was inconsiderate and rude about it. Don't make me feel like I'm an idiot or asking too much when it was clear when I signed up initially for headphone warranty that the headphones I turn in would be replaced, meaning they are the newest and most up to date version of the apple product. This place is bogus. And the customer service reps are bogus. read more

Typical Best Buy location. Had to walk around for about 10 minutes before I even got greeted let alone asked if I needed help. On another occasion when I came and asked about some help about a tablet they had on sale the sales associate grunted and walked away apparently to google my question haha. I picked up an empty box (Bose headphone) which says item can be picked up at cashier. It was 40 minutes wait before I reached the cashier and only then I was told this item was sold out. Store manager was not very helpful, basically he just said " it was a great sales..and we can't do anything about it". read more

I have been dissapointed in this best buy on several occasions. I was looking to purchase a laptop a few weeks ago. After standing around the laptops for a period of time (while watching multiple employees chat) my boyfriend and I decided to just look around the store because we really dont know much about computers and he wanted to buy earophones. hen we went to the sound section we were finally acknowledged by a staff member.she showed us a few laptops that were in our price range and what we wanted , however 2 out of 3 options were out of stock. Last week we were in the store again because i needed a case for my new laptop. I wasnt sure of the size so I bought one that I liked sadly it didnt fit. Which brings me to this evenings visit to the store. When I pulled in to the parking lot, 3 staff members walked out side for a "smoke" break, i almost left because I thought the store was closed due to the number of employees standing outside the building. when I walked on the store 3 more people were standing talking and noone welcomed me or even looked up to make eye contact. i then waited in line for about 5 minutes while that group continued to chat.. even a 4th one joined them and was even beat-boxing. Finally one of the staff that was out for a break finally came in and asked if i as doing a return or an exchange. I said I wanted to look around but I didnt want to walk through the store with the one I was returning. He then realized that I was being ignored and even made a remark regarding how he would get somebody that was standing around doing nothing to assist me with finding a new one. Unfortunately once again the thing that i needed was out of stock. The gentleman that helped me process the return was okay, but another staff member kept talking to him while he was trying to assist me all in all i have had too many bad experiences and I WANT FUTURE SHOP BACK!! read more

They sold me an unlocked IPhone that they call Universal which didn't work with my Turkish sim card. Then I learned that I need to activate the phone with a working US sim card first but it was too late for me as I was back in Turkey. Their ignorance cost me a lot of time and energy. Finally I had a visitor from US and he brought me a working line which solved the issue. They should have warned me. read more

For excellent customer service, see Kyle Ford in home theatre. I have never been so impressed by a sales associate. He is friendly and really knows his stuff! I had no buyer's remorse after my purchase because Kyle made sure I got exactly what TV was right for me. I can't say much about the rest of the store, but Kyle is awesome! read more
