This place is absolutely terrible! I came for the very first time and they had a terrible attitude with me and were very rude once they found out my age. I'm from Florida and tried to explain to them it's legal to be 18+ but the old guy was not having it and threatened me and kept raising his voice. A simple request to leave would've been just fine but this was unacceptable. Definitely never coming back. read more

I always come here for my hookah products and lately my hookah hasn't been pulling correctly so I figured I just needed a new one. I'm not sure the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was about to ring me up for a new hookah and then I mentioned I needed a new one since the one I have wasn't pulling correctly.. he immediately stopped me and said, "oh no! No need to buy a new one. You should have brought it in I'm sure it's something minor that's missing." And regardless of the line I told him I had it in my car And he told me to run to get it. He immediately knew the problem and added a few pieces that I must've lost while cleaning my hookah. He even gave me an extra piece just in case I lost it again. He was extremely polite and I'm glad that he wasn't just trying to take my money and helped me with a quick fix. I'll definitely always be returning here for any hookah or tobacco needs. read more

The employees & the store owner are extremely rude & unprofessional here. They will give you someone else's bags. They forget to put half of the things you purchase & will make you come back to get it without offering a discount or giving something small for free to make up for their own mistake. Two weeks ago, I came here to buy coals & flavor (kilo Starbuzz containers). Usually, they sell the Starbuzz kilos for $55 & the Mya Genie coals for $10. The guy Khaleed winded up charging me $70 for both. I asked him if the prices for the Starbuzz kilo increased because the price used to be $55 for it. He told me that the prices for Starbuzz increased so they had to increase their prices as well. So I was charged $60 for the Starbuzz kilo flavor & $10 for the coals. I also purchased an LED light for the hookah base & it turned out to be defective. Earlier tonight, I came back here with to not only exchange the defective LED light but to also buy Fumari coal burners, boxes of charcoal & a hookah hose. We were told by the store owner himself that the Starbuzz kilo flavors still go for $55 but yet Khaleed charged us $5 extra for it two weeks ago. On top of their many other mistakes, they made yet another mistake tonight by forgetting to place my hose in the bag. So I had to drive back just to pick it up. The store owner was rushing or probably did it on purpose by dropping my hose on the floor & not putting it in the bag. I came here last week & was charged $60 again for another starbuzz kilo container. I won't be coming back here. For a business to make mistakes back to back & also overcharge me is unacceptable & unprofessional. You guys won't be lasting too long if these mistakes keep happening. read more

Everyone is here is extremely nice. Hossain and this elderly gentlemen went out of their way to help me get everything I needed to have my own hookahs...from the flavors to the coals, pipes...everything! They took their time to talk to us about what we were looking for and which items would best suit us. They even give great deals and the quality is amazing. Hussein is a great guy who recommends and gives his honest opinion on all shisha. If you need any Hookah help, go to him! I asked him to get Titanium Coals in their shop and the next time I visited, they had them! Went there for the first time today, to buy a couple of things & the man working (I'm not sure if he was the owner) was such a great help, super friendly and seemed to be giving me his genuine input on all the products I was asking about. Best Buzz Hookah is the place to be for all your Hookah needs! I found this gem via yelp, customer service is hands down to Hussain and his dad Khaleed, well I call him daddy. LOL I came here last Thursday and was assisted by Hussain recommended some good accessories and flavors to match my pan raas for my hookah. I came back again last night and Khaleed assisted me I call him Daddy cause I did not know his name at first. I stayed in their store for like 3 hours and took my time cause I was having so much fun. People from all over east coast literally just come here to get the good stuff from the store. I guy came all the way from NH and one from Boston. I really came to the right spot!! Thats so awesome!! They have superb customer service. I came here to buy my second hookah and some extra hose. Daddy Kahleed taught me some nifty tips on Hookah 101 since I'm still a novice. He set up his hookah and started smoking and letting me try a mix I have never tried before, he said, so now will you still smoke panraas? The mix was way more smooth than my favorite mix which is panraas and blue mist. They even got me coffee and knefe I was really feeling at home at the store. LOL These guys really knows their products really well and so honest that they would tell you that you really dont need that product. I highly appreciate their warm personality and how they treat their customers no wonder people come here and drive for hours just to get their stocks. Its a real gem in Steinway for all the hookah lovers out there its a must to check out this place. Its highly recommended and I am sure to come back to get my supplies from Best Buzz. read more

these guys have it all. every single flavor of hookah I could want. They have tobacco and non tobacco, brand name hookah pipes (also the cheap ones) and everything else smoke related. what made me a customer that frequents the shop often is the customer service. the guy that works there with the baseball cap, usually late afternoons and nights, won't try to sell you something just for the heck of it but instead talk you out of it if you don't really need it. very honest and knowledgeable about the products he sells. i would definitely recommend this place over any other spots on Steinway street. cheaper and a bigger variety to choose from. read more

I went in because i needed parts to a hookah. this place not only had all the parts but it was super cheap. the owner was extremely nice and helpfull. the parts were super cheap. and i was a little confused on how to put the parts together and he explained and showed me step by step how to get it to work properly. he was super honest because i asked him if i should of just purchase awhole new hookah. but he said it wasnt necessary which i thought was super AWESOME...Not only do they have hookah stuff but also other little products just like a normal smoke shop... def will go back . read more
