She took us to an exam room and weighed him, then checked his blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. She left and said the doctor would be in shortly. After a long while we noticed that office activity had gotten quieter and quieter. We had been in there almost an hour and it was right at closing near 5pm. My wife finally stepped out and asked if the doctor was going to see us! We weren't the last patients to check in, as there were a couple after us. But we were the last to get to see the doctor and the last ones to leave. We felt like we got out on the back burner while others were moved ahead of us. We were pleased with the doctor on prior visits, but after this experience with the staff personnel we have elected not to go back and found a different pediatrician. They were not THAT busy and we felt they were being just a bit predjudiced.

I had the worst experience during this whole Covid-19 pandemic at Beaumont Pediatric Center. Not…read moreonly did they make us feel unwelcome but Dr. Worley traumatized my child with getting the Covid-19 test. Instead of making my 8-year-old sick and scared child feel at ease, he scared him from ever going to any doctor now. He preceded to tell my son the test was going to sting and hurt bad. Didn't try to console him once he started crying and freaking out. I am very unhappy with Dr. Worker and his associates. Thank God for Orange County urgent Center for treating the way Beaumont Pediatric Center should have. I will be looking for another Pediatrician after today.

They try and grift for deductible money and copay money when you only need to get your kid seen for specialist referral. We only stayed with this place so long because of the absence of decent pediatricians in Beaumont. We are taking our business elsewhere. It's insanely inconsistent! Came in as a walk-in and was turned away. After being assertive, someone miraculously cancelled and they got us in. It's sad that once you get to see someone everything is amazing but getting in is a pain.
