Stay away from this cleaners. I dropped a shirt off on 9/19/24 with a guarantee it would be ready for pickup on Friday. I go Friday and they lost the shirt! Maria was totally clueless and shrugged her shoulders as "oh well". I gave her my number to contact me if shirt was located. No call nor did they answer their phone. Maria asked if it was paid for, it says right on the receipt PRE-PAID. There is also a sign stating must be paid in advance. I now have to go and buy another shirt to attend a function tonight. Terrible service and turnaround time. I gave them a simple hem and sew job and it took them over a week on their estimated time. When I received the pants, the patch that they were supposed to move up had been poorly recreated with a different color thread. The workers are rude. Credit card machine was unable to process credit card transaction and employee would not try to fix problem. Left store, went to get cash and receipt of cash withdrawal and employee suddenly could not understand English when tried to explain that there was a problem with their credit card machine. Poor excuse for customer service. Definitely not the BEST CLEANERS in town...take your business to the only other game in town next to Food Lion. read more
