I called tuesday and everyday after and get the run around he'll be over tonight! no call no show went on for 5-6 times and 10 days later they delivered the next load. dan girlfriend states that this load was measured and it is two full cords. I showed her my wood pile and even measured the rows showing her I only had 3 face cords not two full cords as Daniel stated the trailer he delivered had on it. I showed her the pile of wood over 18" and was no use for me( won't fit wood stove. dumb woman says o' you can keep that! well once stacked I measured and had two friends measure as well and the best we can come up with i less then 5 face cords! a full cord is 3 face cords I paid for 3 full cords that equals to 9 face cords. I text them asking when can they come over and make this right? no answer, no response! they love to lie and take your money they just don't like to work!!' That didn't happen (red flag). Finally I get a scheduled appointment and after waiting all day, no one shows up! I get a text during thr evening with poor excuses and promises for an appointment the next day (flag). The landscaper shows up the next day and just starts work. While he is working I ask if he's aware of the hedge requirements and he say no but, he's got me. Seems to me a phone call should have made but, it wasn't. I go back into my home and when I return to outside of my home all of the hedges are trimmed going far beyond my original request. I received nothing in writing about up charges, pricing for services or at least a notification of the additional cost. Oh yeah the worker didn't know the parameters of the job to start with because there was nothing in writing! I paid the agreed upon price via an electronic invoice. Done deal, right ? I later received an additional invoice for over $200 more! Did I mention I'm a senior on a fixed income? Well I'm mention this to Moreno and Rose via text! Response: that's the price, gas and so on. Then was told I could arrange for a payment. Got some help from my friends and was able to pay the invoice. Late fees of over $60 were added! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO LLC!

Due to the last snowstorm, we had several trees fall in our yard. A couple fell against other…read moretrees and a fence. As always, Bailey's did an amazing job! They cut the trees, cleaned up the yard and took all the waste, including huge stumps, filling in the holes! The pines were stuck half way up another tree. They were so careful with the tree still standing that you can barely tell there was an issue. The branches across the fence were from a tree in our neighbors yard. They recommended we get permission from the neighbor, we did so they went in their yard, cut the branches close to the tree and since the neighbor wanted to keep the wood, they cut it up and left a small pile of logs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They always do a professional job, stay within their estimate, and go above and beyond in terms of service. We will always choose them for any outdoor service! Great people!!
