Open before business hours so you can pop in at the start of your day or in your lunch hour. Voir Hair is refusing to refund the deposit. There was no clear, transparent explanation that the salon deposit was completely non-refundable regardless of notice. This feels like an unfair hair salon deposit policy. If you're booking at Voir Hair, be aware of their non refundable deposit and hair appointment cancellation policy before paying.
