I came in on a Friday afternoon and waited about 15 minutes with three people ahead of me, which honestly wasn't bad at all considering there are only two people working. When it was finally my turn, I explained how I wanted my brows to look, showed a previous picture for reference, and asked if it was possible to get my soft, natural arch back. The owner told me it was possible, and she got right to work. I was absolutely surprised by how precise, fast, and painless the experience was! Before coming here, I would go to my usual Renton salon once a month, and I always experienced so much pain. Not going to lie, a small tear would usually escape because of how painful it was. But this place was completely different! The whole process probably took about five minutes. She asked if I wanted my brows thinner, but I decided to keep them a little thicker than I usually do because over time at my previous salon, my brows had become thinner. I had been growing them out so I could start fresh. I looked at my brows afterward and was so pleased with the outcome! She explained that since my brows are still in the growing out phase, when I come back next time, she'll be able to make the arch even softer and less prominent. She was so kind, and I also love that they have a reward system if you add your phone number. I'm definitely coming back again! It was my first time here, and they even had a $2 discount, so my total came out to $8.50. After tip, I spent $16.50. Best believe you just gained a new loyal customer! I booked an appointment and…read moreexplained to the person on the phone that I had previously had chunks of my hair bright pink and that I wanted to do a color correction back to chocolate brown she said she would dye my whole head with dark brown dye and i would be fine, within a week the pieces that were pink were red and the rest of my hair was dark brown and it was super noticeable and I had called her and asked if she could fix it and she said to come in, and when I did I had explained to her that since my hair had been bleached so many times that it had lost it's natural pigmentation meaning she would need to use a filler color first and then go over it with the final color again so that it doesn't fade red. And she ignored me and proceeded to dye the red pieces jet black and I simply asked if she was going to put a filler color in once again and she said "who told you about filler color? Are you a cosmetologist?" And I was honestly shocked and just said no and she proceeded to do my hair the way she wanted. Within a week later my hair was red again.
