I booked an appointment and…read moreexplained to the person on the phone that I had previously had chunks of my hair bright pink and that I wanted to do a color correction back to chocolate brown she said she would dye my whole head with dark brown dye and i would be fine, within a week the pieces that were pink were red and the rest of my hair was dark brown and it was super noticeable and I had called her and asked if she could fix it and she said to come in, and when I did I had explained to her that since my hair had been bleached so many times that it had lost it's natural pigmentation meaning she would need to use a filler color first and then go over it with the final color again so that it doesn't fade red. And she ignored me and proceeded to dye the red pieces jet black and I simply asked if she was going to put a filler color in once again and she said "who told you about filler color? Are you a cosmetologist?" And I was honestly shocked and just said no and she proceeded to do my hair the way she wanted. Within a week later my hair was red again. They have a membership special that allows you to bundle and get a deal for any of their services. I have also tried their brow tint and lash lift, WHOA what a difference that made! we kicked ourselves for not remembering to take a before and after picture. I usually get the same girl there. They do offer to get you into their memberships to save. For example their lash lift was $75 but on memberships it works out to $60 per lash lift/ tint. (Since my lashes are naturally long it looks like I have extensions on once they're curled) And the memberships are like punchcards that never expire. You can use them for some of the services and skip other services that take longer to needing to be done. For example I might need my lip/chin/brows waxed/threaded but can wait to brow tint or lash lift when I determine I need that service again (if that makes sense?) anyways! Great place. Close location to my house. They're a tad more expensive than my normal place that is further distance from home. But I don't mind as much because I can save time getting to this location faster especially during traffic hours. Recommended to see for yourself & check it out. p.s.
