Great, friendly staff, and super clean environment! The hours are sometimes difficult because even as members you don't have 24/7 access. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

It's smaller, private and not super busy like most gyms. I can get my workouts done without waiting for equipment. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the infrared sauna, nice showers, toiletries for women, hair ties, and the locker system. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a nice gym environment. Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the quality of the gym. There are a couple of male employees who are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They talk to me, acknowledge me, and make the experience feel positive. However, my experience with some of the female staff has been the opposite. They often come across as rude, bland, and unwelcoming. When I walk in, they typically do not say hello unless I say hello first. Most recently, I called to update the card on file because I wanted to pay with my debit card instead of my credit card. I provided my last name and first name, and instead of asking for additional information to locate my account, I was told, "We don't have anybody here by that name." As a paying member, that was frustrating and felt very dismissive. I genuinely love the gym itself and think the facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of the space.

I was experiencing some life stuff and in the midst of grief at the time, and the gym slowly became my therapy since then. I don't have the monthly membership. I preferred to do class packages as my work schedule varies. I know each studio has its own pricing and promos, but typically a 20 class pack runs around $375. Sometimes they'll throw in some extra classes if there's a special. The heart rate monitor runs around $100-$120, but you can easily buy used ones online for cheaper. I bought the latest one and love the new features. I typically do the 2G workouts, where the class is divided into two groups. One group starts on the treadmills, the other starts on the rower and weight floor, then they switch. You'll see your stats and everyone else's on the TV while you work out. I think this is a great motivator if you're driven by numbers. I like how you get a report emailed at the end about your workout/progress, too. Personally, I burn around 450-550 calories per class and feel great afterwards. The coaches are friendly and help to push you. I usually train with Rocky, Melissa, or Sydni. I'm not very good at weight exercises, so I always appreciate when the coaches fix my form or offer modifications, especially Melissa! The studio itself is kept clean by the friendly front desk employees, and sanitizer wipes are always accessible when switching equipment. The class times vary, starting as early as 5am to 6:45pm.

I love how they wrote everyone name that never been to class. She also walked me through the locker area, explained where to throw all use gloves and towels after class, and pointed out exactly where I'd be during the session. I really liked how the benches and bags are numbered--it made it super easy to find my spot. The music during class was amazing and kept my energy up the whole time. The instructor was fantastic--very engaging and attentive. He even came by to correct my form and help improve my hits. I had such a great experience--I was completely worn out by the end (bright red like a tomato!). It was an excellent workout, and I'll definitely be coming back

Good way to get the heart rate up through HIIT cardio and a fun class to implement in my training program.

I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.

Coach Jay is an absolute standout and a huge asset to the studio. His energy, motivation, and attention to form elevate every class, and he has a way of pushing you to do more while still making you feel supported. Huge shout-out as well to Coaches Michael, Devany, and Abby -- each of them brings something unique, and together they create an encouraging, high-energy environment that keeps me coming back. This team genuinely cares about the members and it shows in every workout!
