Edited just now Reasonable price Justin is a pot head that doesn't do what he says he is gonna do. Yes it wasn't his fault paint came off when he pulled the tape from a redo he did because the paint didn't take well to the car's surface. He was nice at first and stood behind his work, but to fix something he has pushed me off 3 months and now he says I am bothering him, he used different words. I've been nothing but nice and patient towards him and this is the treatment I got. Maybe if he stops smoking his weed he would remember what he says. Now he claims his tape didn't take off the paint and that it was rocks that chipped the paint. One time he told me to take the car and I was trying to confirm and he was on vacation so he is all over the place. I didn't say anything about his use of mariguana because of the good job he did the first time, even though is very unprofessional to pick up your car and it sticks of weed. I am very disappointed that he claims I am bugging him for something he promised to fix. His first redo was from a job in January of 2025 and he fixed bubble up paint in June and then the tape messed up another part of the hood and he promised to fix. Now he is telling me that the original paint job was 6 years ago, really Justin..:: shame on you, I am done dealing with him. I just want to warn people before you do work with him read more

There are no words to describe the care and customer service that Justin and his wife gave me when bringing my vehicle to them for collision work. So for the first time in my life I feel compelled to write a review. I was cursed out by a business owner because I was nice enough to give them some business. I normally would never have chosen this company but was trying to help out a "local mom and pop shop" as they called themselves. When you tell someone that their vehicle will be ready the same day and something happens, even something beyond your control, the proper thing to do is to contact the customer immediately to let them know they will NOT have their vehicle ready when promised. That way they can make arrangements for the following day, get a rental if needed, especially when they depend on that vehicle for their livelihood. You do NOT wait until 4:30 in the afternoon when the customer calls YOU to see if it is ready, to tell them the vehicle will not be ready then give a list of excuses why it was not their fault. All we expected was a phone call to tell us it would not be ready - but not at 5:00 pm! So the next day when we do go to pick up the vehicle and tell the owner that since they promised the vehicle would be ready the day before he should have called us, not wait for us to call him at the end of the day. You should not proceed to rant and rave at the customer and curse them out, call them mother-f'ers when they were not hostile or aggressive. Also when the customer asks you for their keys to THEIR vehicle - you should NOT throw them at them. Kind of bad for business. Needless to say we will NEVER even consider doing business with this company again and they should change the name to "Worst Decision". It was the Worst Decision we have ever made! So jenn. You were not even there when we picked up the truck. Justin is the one that started cursing and going off. I only wanted a phone call before close if business and If you were so concerned then maybe you could have called. Justin is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever dealt with. Don't comment when you were not involved in any conversation. Like you said you were not there when we dropped the truck off and you were you there when we picked it up so you have no business commenting on this incident. You were not a witness to any of it.
