I asked tons of questions about the installation process, warranty and of course how long the process would take (it was quick). Truly felt like I was the only customer in this process. Communication was timely and at one point in the process prior to committing I asked Amanda to see the type of lights in action. Amanda obliged as did her customers. My request was very last minute and Amanda jumped into action; contacting previous customers so they could turn on their lights (some weren't even home but turned on the lights remotely so we could do a drive by). What we love about the system: lots of pre-programmed light displays or scenes, ability to modify and save your own scenes, ability to turn on remotely and of course the ability to auto program based on the holiday or activity of you choice. Had one minor issue with the system going offline and the team jumped into action to resolve it remotely. The best part of the system is I'm never putting up another light and if I ever sell this house some family is going love the fact that this house is holiday ready. Highly recommend Amanda for her thoroughness, patience and follow up. Oh and btw, we did 3 quarters of the home and fully expect to do the rest of the home next year for a full wrap.

The staff that helped me was very knowledgeable and gave her recommendations on design of the bouquet, timeframe, cost, etc. They don't have natural blue flowers but they mention the option to spray it blue at an extra cost. Once I placed the order, they gave me a receipt for the order. They did not accept American Express, but VISA was fine for payment. I designated pickup for the day before Valentine's Day, which applied a discount. I was advised by the staff that on the day of pick-up, I could just walk to the counter with the receipt if it was too busy. On the day of, it was very simple for pick-up with the bouquet ready right away. I was more than happy with how the result came out. The staff recommended to balance the blue color with some white roses and this was a great suggestion. My girlfriend also loved them as much as I did. I told the employee a few details such as needing a bouquet for a male co worker who passed away. And the colors we (I was purchasing on behalf of my place of work) would like to see (white and yellow and a touch of red). I also told her the budget of what I was able to spend ($90 or less including tax). She told me that it would take about 20-25 minutes. I had no problem waiting because like I said I knew that it was on me for waiting last minute but things happen! I put a timer on my phone for 25 minutes and waited in my car. Time apparently flew by and there was 9 minutes left on my timer so I decided to go inside (just to make sure that they didn't think I just drove off or something!) And the florist had the bouquet on the counter already. The bouquet was wrapped beautifully and she even gave me two little sympathy cards to put on the pick. She rang me up for the bouquet which came out to $89. They listened and they delivered. They also knew I was in a rush and did their best to accommodate this. This is the ONLY florist I go to as they are ones that I trust. I am so thankful they were able to help me and the flowers were so beautiful I know the family loved them.
