He really worked with us to figure out and execute exactly what we wanted on our house and landscaping. When I had issues with lights flickering a few days after install he walked me though a fix (a switch I'd installed -- not actually his lights) and checked back to make sure it worked. He even came back - at his own initiative - the week before Christmas to make sure all the bulbs were still working given the high winds and rain so they'd be perfect for the holiday.
