Even high-class hairdressers do 15-minute slots LoLoL I was informed that they would not be accepting my dog because after a thorough 5-minute examination they found some flea dust a dead flea and a couple of live ones on her stomach. I brought my white Maltese x Shih Tzu here to be groomed her 2nd time. The asian grooming lady was terrible. She had five hours to neaten up the paws, clean around her face and trim her fur so then she was still furry. I went to collect my dog at 4:30 and so was this other lady. The lady waiting to collect her dog pointed through the window into the grooming room and said to me that she was unhappy of how her dog was being treated with his head being pulled and yanked. I looked next to the lady's dog and it was my dog who was on the grooming table without an attachment so she wouldn't fall or jump off. I was disgusted. When the lady's dog was brought out she wasn't happy and brought the store supervisor out and told her that she wasn't gonna pay for this because thegroomer didn't even finish her job and the dogs hair cut was uneven and messy. The store supervisor was ok with that and went about his usual job. Then my dog came out and all her fur was shaved off, only one paw was neatly cut and the hair on her ears was almost gone. I then told the groomer that I was disgusted with what she's done and that I wasn't gonna pay for mine either. She brought the store supervisor out and told him that she only had and hour to groom my dog along with two other dogs and that I wanted to sue her for doing a bad job in such a small amount of time. Now I was pissed. I told the store supervisor that I was really unhappy with the job she had done and that it shouldn't be necessary for me to pay for it.
