They also texted my phone over and over after normal business hours...late! Recently I had paid months ahead a couple days before my rent was due for the next,onto I luckily caught a threatening text that 5hey were going to sell my things in 48 hours! Thank goodness I caught it. I'm not always glued to my phone. I called upset panicking. Turns out I had a credit still and only owed half the rent for the upcoming rent. I have no idea why this business relationship has felt like I am in that movie deliverance backwoods storage style. By It was when it was time to move out that the real problems started to arise. David from Mini Storage Wearhouse stepped up to help me and allowed me to release ownership so I could stop having the burden of trying to remove the stuff and paying the monthly storage fee.
