I live in the Bay Area in CA and am now taking care of my Father-in-law and can't leave. David from Mini Storage Wearhouse stepped up to help me and allowed me to release ownership so I could stop having the burden of trying to remove the stuff and paying the monthly storage fee. Broken down dollies were left without attempts to repair. 5. Was on the list for a smaller unit and was never notified when it became available. I rented here years ago with a different manager and it was a professional, clean experience. Although one of the cheaper facilities, if you want professionalism you might want to think twice about renting at AAA Secured Storage while Bunny is the manager.
