To start, Nurse Nawaz was late to my telemedicine appointment. Within 15 minutes, I had been interrupted multiple times while giving my backstory to be told I basically don't know what I'm talking about. Mind you, I'm only sharing my past at this point. Within those 15 minutes, she reduced 25+ years of trauma to drinking too much caffeine. She continued to say, "You should probably consider another therapist if they referred you to me." The experience itself was rude, dismissive and callous. To add insult to injury, the provider tried to charge me the full amount for my 15 minute "consult". $688. Luckily, I have screenshots of the exchange within their mobile app. I have been in battle with their billing department for a month to have the charges reduced to what was quoted. My insurance got back to me today, and wouldn't you know, my bill is being reduced to the correct amount. The worst part of this is that I'm now in a worse spot that I was to begin. Nervous to have another horrible experience like this one and possibly be charged 3x what I was quoted. Nurse Nawaz is deplorable.

I had made the professional work I did my identity, and that was gone. Today I'm engaged in my life again. I do fun stuff. I like myself a little more And I haven't had drink in 4 years. When Jennifer started with us we thought she was great. It became a nightmare very quickly. She was to conduct a report for our lawyers after evaluating myself, my ex husband, and my daughter. My ex husband at the time had some issues with alcohol and since been identified as neglectful towards our child. When it was time to publish the report, she kept giving excuses and giving different dates to publish. TWO YEARS went by and the report was never published. My attorney as well as myself reached out to her multiple times, showed up to her office, she completely avoided us. We had to have a judge ORDER HER to complete the report. She still did not do that. She ended up having to return us our money we paid her and even then it's an injustice. Wasted time, wasted money, and even worse my own child warmed up to her and asking "why don't I go to see Ms. Jennifer anymore?" The most unprofessional experience I have ever incurred at the hands of a "licensed professional" and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board. This person shouldn't even hold a license.

Two out of three services my son received were billed to the wrong insurance and have now been sent to collections because we were not notified. SIX WEEKS of speaking to billing representatives (all in countries overseas - one specifically told me she is in the Phillipines) have led to dead ends. They promised to bill to the correct insurance. I heard nothing and my insurance company never received any claims so I continues calling. They told me to stop calling and then emailed saying it was rejected again. However, my insurance company says they never received the claim. The representatives give so much conflicting information and there are so many red flags with their "procedure". I told them to transfer me to someone in the United States for my last two calls. The first person I spoke with was wonderful and could clearly see the issue. Unfortunately, she had to submit it to the overseas billing. They, of course, lied again and basically told me 'sorry about your luck' - they wouldn't even submit the claim. The second person in the United States said if they keep pushing this issue, there would be penalties for Thriveworks!! So instead they are penalizing me for their incompetence - the incorrect bills that were never sent to me have now gone to a collections agency and are $500 instead of $40. I am reporting them to The Better Business Bureau and will be asking my state representative's office if they know of someone who can help me to "inspire" the overseas billing agents to do their job. I gave this company a one star rating only because I had to. In reality, they deserve zero stars.
