The person that was usually handling a very difficult and complex situation was not in and Allyson offered to handle the problem for me. She did a fabulous job while calling the responsible State Farm offices that resulted in the best possible resolution. Payment will be digitally in my account very quickly. Allyson demonstrated what my State Farm experience has been at Tim Keefe's office consistently. Always personable, always competent, and always gets issues resolved. My experience with Allstate has been less than pleasant. As a first-time home buyer i had a home…read moremortgage insurance company i was happy with but i got a call from one of Nicks agents Rueben who convinced me to bundle my car and homeowners' insurance. After speaking with Reueben I decided to switch but later that evening I had spoken to my husband who stated he didn't want Allstate as our homeowners insurance policy so i had sent over an email to the team expressing my concerns. Reuben called me the next day to ask me about my email and why i wanted to cancel policy and after about 45 minutes on the phone we decided to keep the policy because the bundle is where i got the discount. So getting off the phone i thought i was in GOOD HANDS with my new allstate policy and in fact Reueben never went and let the team know that i did not want to cancel the homeowner's policy, and 2 months lapsed that I did not know he had not done what he is supposed to do. NOW the policy is ri-instated at a higher cost, and my homeowners lapsed for 2 months so now i owe money to that. The customer service i have received has been horrible, they are not willing to accept their agents mistake and as a new customer it has left a terrible flavor in my mouth. I would not recommend these agents, i feel like i was lied to, tricked into a policy and weaseled into something that was not beneficial for me. This office should be embarrassed by the way they have done business, and i do NO recommend Nick Taylors TEAM as i have been lied to and misled. When i asked about the recorded calls you are on with the agent they can't seem to find them now?? they whole experience with allstate has been SHADY. I will be switching companies as soon as i can figure this out. Learn from me and dont be taken for a fool by these agents.
