Our server was fantastic, and Flavia truly went above and beyond. She happened to bring out our food and immediately connected with our daughter, Emma. She was so warm, engaging, and kind that Emma talked about her for the rest of our trip. At the end of the night, the staff started singing "Happy Birthday" to Flavia, and Emma happily joined in. Flavia made Emma feel welcomed not just to the restaurant, but to London itself. To top it off, Flavia even brought Emma ice cream to help celebrate. That level of hospitality and genuine kindness is something special and honestly something we rarely experience back home in the States.
