He said, I could return them but he wouldn't give me a full refund. They cost me $20, he said he could give me $14. I also asked if I could bring back 4 plants, that I didn't plant (no room)... NOPE, they don't do returns. We spent over $200. We will never shop there again. I also told him it took us 2 days to complete our flower bed and I wanted to save the bushes rather than return them. He told me that I should buy a fungicide. I told him I had already sprayed them with neem oil, he said that wasn't a fungicide... He said that wasn't a fungicide‍. It clearly says it is a fungicide.
