He arrived when he said he would, and within 5 minutes had the timer reprogrammed and instructed me how to set it. He went through each zone to verify all areas for maximum effectiveness of head arrangement and placement, noted heads that were not working and suggested angles and even capping heads that wasted water or realigning them. He calculated the cost of readjusting the system, replacing broken or misaligned heads, and gave me a very fair cost for maximizing my coverage and minimizing overwatering, and completed the work immediately not requiring me to schedule another day. I plan to have him return next year and give me a price and time estimate for putting a system in my back yard too. This fellow was logical, smart , efficient, and fair. Within 15 minutes they had their vehicle, ropes, and selves in place and were starting the job. They worked effectively and efficiently. They removed several large and smaller branches from the tree to maintain the canopy but to remove some lower hanging ones that were too near my house and blocking the light from my patio and yard. Once they finished with removing the wood, they took all of it to the shredder, and then they cleaned their work area of smaller debris following it with blowing the leaves and still smaller debris away. I called Bloomhouse Landscape and Irrigation to obtain an estimate to replace 13 sprinkler heads. I was informed that the cost should not exceed $700, if the cost when above that, I would be informed before moving forward. I walked the ground with the two-man team to explain what I needed. The team lead recommended an additional sprinkler head in the back yard. I asked for the cost, and he stated that it should not exceed $100, so I agreed, thinking that the total cost would be around $800. Upon the finish, I walked the ground to check the sprinkler heads. I'm satisfied with the work and provided the lead person with $40 cash, a $20 bonus for each person. Later, I was informed that the bill was $1,881.83, over a $1,000 increase over the estimate. I paid with a check and three (3) days later I still don't have a receipt. I've called the office 3-4 times trying to obtain why the large increase in cost and for a receipt. Still no reply. I won't use this company for any work moving forward. Recommendation to other customers of this company, DO NOT start the work until you have the estimate in writing.

Ok, how? When? At what point? And what were you going to use as your power source for all those power tools with cords? Even the compressor needed to be powered.
