I told him I'm not paying him for doing nothing and just to leave and supposedly talk to his manager. So he went outside and called his manager and then came back (tried re-entering without knocking) only to quote me $1,000 to take my table to the shop, which needed glue basically, and then $150 for labor ++. I didn't even pay that for the table. He then said he could try and epoxy that might not work for $580. They were terrible to schedule with. This is the epitome of bad business and advantage-taking.

Demoed the entire kitchen and must have realized that he under bid the job and decided to walk off the job. Leaving us with absolutely nothing in the kitchen. No cabinets no stove no sink. No morals at all. It turned out to be a blessing because I found a new contractor and Frank's guys had no idea what they were doing. They installed recessed lights without connectors as they started to blow one by one. He didn't remove ceiling sheetrock just drilled around it which was over 50 years old. I can go on and on but it was a blessing. Very unprofessional and I cannot say one good word about him.
