The cuisine was very good - my calf liver exactly right with a very light rösti on the side. My companion has grilled tuna on rucola which was also perfectly done. The only drawback was that the waiter was clearly not very well aware of what was on the wine list, and we had almost finished our dinner before we finally got the one I had selected. He did remain friendly though..
