Not good. Definitely not near worth $125 person…read more Good: - Porchetta - Gelato OK: - Lamb and Roast Beef- both were ice cold, the sauces were also cold and gelatinous, they obviously used a thickener like corn starch, NO FLAVOR. Not that it matters because the people carving couldn't speak English and didn't know what the sauces were. Meh: -French toast- OK. Cold. Maple syrup is CORN SYRUP, NOT MAPLE SYRUP -Bread pudding- flavorless creme anglaise though. COLD. BAD: -Oysters- dry and room temperature. No signs on sauces -Shrimp- boiled to death- so rubbery they were inedible -mini "lobster"- over cooked, odd texture, no flavor -Pasta- lean cuisine is better -"Paella"- mushy, flavorless, gross. -Miso Salmon- FISHY. NOT OK TO EAT. -Sushi- better at whole foods -Eggs benedict- nicely poached eggs. COLD. Flavorless gelatin "hollandaise", soggy English muffin. Crusty old Canadian bacon -Bacon- tough, flavorless, cold -Breakfast Potatoes- COLD, DRY, Flavorless, wrinkled and shriveled up from sitting under some heat element -Hummus- Flavorless, obviously not made in house. There was no butter or edible rolls, just soft sticks and soft doughy balls. Cheese selection was cubed cheddar etc (think cheap platter from Albertsons for a work event) SERVICE: Waiter was automatically tipped $50 (there were 2 of us). His ONLY job was to bring water, juice and a mimosa or Bellini. - HAD TO GET UP THREE TIMES AND ASK SOMEONE ELSE FOR WATER. THREE TIMES!!!!! -Other people cleared the plates. So he got $50 for pouring 2 glasses of water, one OJ and one mimosa (she asked for a Bellini). This is not only NOT worth the money, it was just a BAD BRUNCH. NOT ONE THING WAS WARM, let alone hot. TERRIBLE.

Before booking this venue, we had gone to few other places to inquire about details and pricing. None of them really were what we where looking for which was convenience of distance, all inclusive, and pricing. Once I found The CocoPlum through The Knot, it really caught our attention. I would like to start by saying that since the moment we inquired further information about the venue, we got a quick reply for Rosie, the venue manager and coordinator. The booking process was extremely informative and smooth. The venue was all inclusive and it was absolutely stunning once we got the tour. As the months kept going by, the planning start happening and every questioned that we had it was answered right away by Rosie or the staff members. Finally, the big day had come after months of waiting. At first, I was a bit nervous about the way everything was going to come out since I did not hire a wedding planner but I knew that everything was going to come out just perfect as visioned and we knew we were in good hands. As we through, everything came out absolutely perfect. We tried thinking of anything that could had possibly gone wrong and we have zero complains. Rosie and his team went above and beyond to make our special day happen. The food, drinks, and cake were amazing, the DJ and flowers were phenomenal, and the staff in site, day of coordinator staff, and Rosie wen above and beyond to make sure the groom and bride and guest had the best time. If we could do our wedding all over again at this place we would. The only sad part about it is that everything goes by so quickly so enjoy your day as much as you can with your other half and your guest.

I had…read morebeen familiar with her creative work for a few years, and she was our first call when my husband and I started planning our wedding back in early 2020. Through the rollercoaster of planning a wedding during COVID-19, Adri remained cool, calm, creative and flexible. She helped us downsize our 300+ person wedding into a gorgeous and incredibly special micro wedding with our immediate families. Adri is an incredibly detailed process manager and her design sense is unparalleled. But what really sets her apart is her beautiful spirit and passion for creating extraordinary events. It is truly a joy to work with her, and she radiates a calming presence that puts everyone at ease. She treats her clients like family, and is kind and collaborative with every vendor. There were so many instances when Adri went WAY above and beyond the scope of our contract to make sure every our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. Even her amazing husband Gabe (who is a full-time firefighter) showed up on multiple occasions to help! Thank you to the Creative's Loft and its one-of-a-kind founder, Adriana, for making the most important day of our lives so perfect, memorable, and uniquely magical!

She took the time to learn about us and hear what we like, and carefully curated the wedding of our dreams (with, of course, her unmatched creativity). Miami is an intimidating place to plan a wedding, and she made the process smooth and easy. Having someone with expertise surrounding budgets, reliable vendors, and flexible venues is key to being stress-free while planning a wedding. We got so many compliments from guests saying it was the "best wedding we've ever been to." I'm not sure if my husband and I will ever be done looking at pictures from our day; it was the best weekend of our lives. Forever grateful for Adriana + team for making it happen.

This was five years before Miami was even a city. It is the oldest civic group in Miami. Aware of the feeling of isolation that pioneer women could feel in the area Flora wanted a place where women could find fellowship and camaraderie. The club was created with the goal of "community uplift," which was achieved through fundraisers that paid for needs in the community. The club motto was "lend a hand". The promoted literacy and education. Their first project was to raise the money in 1894 for a Sunday school which later became the historic Plymouth Congregational Church. The fame of the Housekeeper's Club spread quickly. Within one year of its inception, Harper's Magazine, a major national publication, profiled the club. The Woman's club became the social hub of the city holding concerts, parties, and performances. Through the years they supported important causes like preserving the Everglades, a library, a girls ranch, cancer survivors, teaching children to swim, and canine companions. Over 100 years later the Woman's Club is still going strong and supporting civic activities in the community. Today you can rent the historic Woman's Club for weddings and private events. The building was designed by Floridas first registered architect Walter de Gamo and it was completed in 1921. The building is made of stucco, oolithic limestone, concrete, and stone. It is a rectangular shape with a gable roof and wrap around porch. In 1975 it was added to the United States national Register of Historic Places. The club has been renovated and special occasions can be booked through CG entertainment. I had the pleasure of attending a wedding here once and it was a lovely and historic venue to hold such a special event. An added bonus is that you can cross the street to get pictures along the water as well. La

The guests raved about the delish food, and the decor package we selected looked perfect. We had a small gathering around 80 people. To start the festivities off drinks were served on the portico while the wedding party completed the photos. After dinner the DJ took the stage and the dancing started. This intimate venue was dream come true. Rudy and Leslie Rowe made sure we were completely relaxed and handled all the details during the reception allowing us the luxury of being a guest instead of a stressed out host and hostess. We Highly recommend Coconut Grove Events and especially the venue at the Woman's Club of Coconut Grove.
