This is the first time i've had a delivery of concrete from a volumetric mixer, as i've always used the conventional mixers in the past. If like me, you are wondering if the mix is any good, i can confidently tell you that it is. If fact, i thought the volumetric mixer is brilliant. It uses a simple but very effective system to mix the concrete how ever you want it. Its also very controlable, i.e. stop, starts to fill up wheelbarrows and with out any mess. As for BestMix (Long Eaton), the service was spot on, the driver was frendly and experienced and the price was very good. I'm not a builder, but i've got many years of experience with doing my own projects. Therefore, i can recommend BestMix, and i'll be using them again when the need arises. read more
