FABULOUS manicure and pedicure! And my manicure (regular mani - not gels) is still PERFECT one week later! HIGHLY recommend!

Over the years I have been to pretty much all of the popular nail salons in the area and Best Nails has always been my favorite. I have been going here for at least 8 years now, I'm 24 now but I got all of my manicures and pedicures for every prom and formal I had through high school and college. The women that work at Best are amazing and I am never disappointed. They have an amazing color selection of regular polish, dip, and gel! I usually go for a dip manicure and it lasts about 4 weeks on my nails, which never fails to impress me! I also think that it is one of the more affordable nail salons in the area which I appreciate! Maybe "Best Nails" but worst customer service. I came in with dip powder on my nails and she took a plastic nail and pushed it between the powder and my actual nail to rip the powder off. I told her it hurt and asked her to buff and soak instead and she got very angry. Told me that if I'm an expert I should do it myself. I told her she was ripping the top layer of my nail off. She said buffing and soaking would take too long. As a nail technician I would expect her to do whatever is healthiest for the nails. Very weird and uncomfortable experience. She yelled at me in front of other customers and kicked me out. Then proceeded to call the police. Idk this felt like a strange dream. read more

These ladies are so sweet and they got skills! Service: I usually come right after work and there is never a wait. My nails always come out evenly shaped without polish on the cuticles. They are knowledgeable about the different shapes and designs of nails, PLUS! Nothing is more annoying then having to google an image of what you want. Staff:I can't stress enough how nice the staff are. Awesome environment even for newbies nail salon goers. Shop: The shop is always neat and clean with up-to-date furnishing. Went to go here one day last week. They were supposed to be open, but there was at least a half-hour before their stated closing time... and they were already closed. I don't mean that they were in the shop and saying "too late"... I mean, like the store was dark, no one was in it, lights off, door locked. Businesses that are professionally managed don't just close early because they feel like it. That they did, tells me enough about them. Which is a shame, because they are pretty close to home and it would be convenient to go there.... if they actually kept their stated business hours. read more

Went last Saturday for a pedicure. By Monday I had a skin infection in my big toe. Made an appointment for 3 people and only two were working so one of us had to wait. It would have been nice if they told me before booking. read more

I have been coming to Best Nails for a few years! They always do a wonderful job on acrylic nails! They make them look so natural and really listen to how you'd like them cut and shaped. The pedicures are awesome and the staff is so friendly and sweet! I was here around closing yesterday and they do a ton of work to keep the salon clean! A basic manicure is all I needed. When I allow more time, I plan on getting a gel manicure. They offer all the normals -- pedis, manis, acrylics, waxing, etc. TIna was awesome and quick. My nails and cuticles were a mess and she made my hands look pretty good in record time. They accept credit cards, but you can't add a tip, so bring some cash! read more

I have visited Best Nails twice now for a pedicure and waxing. The salon is clean and managed well. The nail techs that have done my services are thorough and professional. I feel they did an excellent job with all aspects of the service. They use high quality nail lacquers and my pedicure looked great for a long time! The massage chair was amazing, very relaxing. The usual amount of talking for a nail salon, but not too loud as to disrupt my massage! I would say the waxing service was average, the practioner did use proper technique & even used tweezers for missed hairs on my upper lip. All in all, very satisfied! read more

They were very accommodating to squeeze me in for a shellac manicure. She took her time and did a wonderful job!

Overall average. The lady I had was terrible, took 2 seconds to do my cuticles which are always a concern for me, and left so much nail polish between my nail and fingers. I had to ask another lady to fix it and my first lady had such an attitude. The whole manicure took about 10 minutes. My friend had a younger looking lady who she said was quite good and pretty nice.She paid attention to her cuticles and shaped her nails well. Overall okay, but I wouldn't recommend. read more

I've been a customer at Best Nails since they opened (maybe 4 years ago)! Not only do they do a beautiful job, but the staff is extremely engaging and genuine. I never feel judged or forced to purchase an additional service. There are definitely other reputable salons in West Chester, but I think Best Nails is the most reasonably priced while providing the best service with high quality products! My only complaint is that they're becoming too popular and I almost always have to make an appointment when I used to just walk in. The women that work here are very sweet and always do a great job. I love coming here, it's a nice environment and they don't overcharge.

Utensils were sanitized and salon was clean. However, the operator did not cut my nails as requested multiple times and she only took a couple of swipes at them with the file. A tiny bit of lotion was used on only my palms and top of hands with a very brief application. My hands from my knuckles to the tips of my fingers got no moisturizer at all. I had to apply my own lotion right after I left the shop. Overall, I just felt that I didn't even get the barest basics of a manicure. And I was the only one in the salon with 3 operators at the time. Have had a much better experience everywhere else for the same price. read more
