Very sweet but many operators know very little English . They use clean and probably sterilized tools. I have seen them clean the pedicure tubs after use. They will repair a damaged nail before using color. Have large selection of colors plus my favorite the French nail. They always ask if you want fingernails cut and filed or just filed. Can get regular , gel or powdered nails. Also work with all nail shapes. There are also a few different pedicures available. read more

I had an excellent experience with a pedicure. My toenails were broken and looked terrible. My husband and I were getting ready to go on a cruise to the Panama Canal and Central America, so I would be wearing sandals and needed help! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here to remove a beautifully done full set from another salon, simply because this location was more convenient. HUGE mistake. Instead of using the standard acetone wrap method, the technician violently dug at my nails with a fake nail to chip them off, COMPLETELY unprofessional and damaging. She bent my fingers back way past where they should bend and showed zero care or gentleness. When she pulled out the electric drill, she proceeded to drill into my skin multiple times. I was in complete disbelief and nearly walked out mid-appointment. This was hands down the most painful, careless, and unprofessional nail service I've ever experienced. Do NOT go here unless you want your nails and hands in pain. Never again. read more

Goshen Nail Salon was very near to the place I lived. ladies out there were very quite and decent. They would not talk much, dedicatedly they did their job and go to the next client. They have variety of nail colors gel as well as regular. Pricing is good but I would suggest they should improve more on the manicure massage, they hardly do any. Twice it happened that the color I choose for my regular pedicure won't match to my gel manicure and the owner tries to argue that it matches which I felt was very annoying. During my pedicures owners wife would tell me every time to make sure that I don't fall the sample color nails don't fall in the water, am I a small kid? The ladies out there do very good job so I liked going there , gel nail colors last for 2-3 weeks and don't chip. Again they are not that smart in doing designs, they don't offer chrome,powder dip , sns, marble, ombré and so on. Recently they have brought in new pedicure massage chairs which are really good, the old once were so bad that couple of times the owner made me sit on the chair whose massage system never worked. I usually have a good experience here.Recently I went there for a gel pedicure and got the owners wife. She is truly a miserable person. She dug her nails into my toes and they still hurt 2 weeks later. She's not ashamed to hurt me or twist my ankle to get a different position for my foot but I'm scared to speak up! It must be the way out of hand political correctness in this country. I don't know. I will request she doesn't touch me next time. read more

I've been going to this place for over 3 years and have always been happy. It changed to the worst lately though. They are super short staffed, and when the owner does your nails she's rushing, gets up to help other customers or to answer the phone, or to do a wax service without even telling you that she's walking away! Even the OPI nail polishes have been feeling watered down lately. I got my nails done on Friday, and 3 of them are chipped 3 days later! I used to love coming here but now unfortunately I might need to find a new salon! Hopefully they clean up their act soon. read more

My cuticles looked horrendous when I left. The polish must be old because is was bumpy and slightly clumpy in two spots. So frustrating I almost asked for my money back. Also they barely massaged. Maybe a minute and a half. read more

I paid for a VIP pedicure which cost $60. The owner did my nails and was up every five minutes with a new customer. She used the tool for my calluses and ground my skin to the point of bleeding . This salon has been sold. The new owner is miserable. The last time I visited she told me my regular manicurist (who was not busy, and just sitting there waiting for someone to walk in) couldn't do my work because I didn't call ahead and make an appointment. She was nasty, rude, and made me feel unwelcome. My regular girl and all the rest of the original ladies who worked there have now all left. Thank goodness. I will go where they are. It's a shame, because this was a convenient place to go, and everyone was nice there. Not anymore! Won't be long, I think, until all of their regular clientele is gone. read more

It's very unfortunate that this is the only nail place that is convenient enough for me to get my nails done during my lunch break at work. I used to love coming here and then one day, one of the ladies just ruined it all! She asked me to give her my USED toe separators before leaving. I assumed that they would be reusing them because why else would she want them back from me? The bed in the waxing room will want to make you turn around and run out the door. In my opinion, it is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen with other people's hair stuck to the bed and mystery stains. I will need to look for a new place to get my nails done :( read more

The salon I went to for years in Frazer is under new management and did a terrible job on my refill. I was disappointed with the bumps and ridges. They were awful. My Mother suggested I go and see Nancy at Goshen Nail Salon. I WAS SO SO GLAD I DID. I was greeted with a wonderful smile. I had scheduled an appointment in advance. Nancy soaked off the old acrylic and was so gentle while drilling off some in between soaks. She then did an entire set of new Gel nails. I have never had gel before. I LOVE IT! I got pink and white gel and after 1 week they still look perfect and shiny like I just had them done! They are lightweight and the gel had NO ODOR! I can't wait for my appointment next week because the girls there are so nice and funny. We had a great time chatting. They are very well spoken in English. They even have a kids pedicure chair. It is small and pink and I am dying to bring my girls back there to get pedicures! GO SEE NANCY at Goshen Nail Salon if you are picky like me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This nail salon is convenient to me. Close to work. But their service has been going down-hill for quite awhile now. In desperate need of a mani/pedi today; I went on my lunch break. I was barely greeted with a grunt - "go pick your polish." -- I brought my own, so they took me to a pedi chair. Had the feet in the water, about to turn on the massage..... and two women walk in "she said can you wait -- my customer came in, she had an appointment" -- NO I can't wait. I'm on my lunch break. Trust me, I appreciate people that make and keep appointments... but you KNEW she was coming when you took me two minutes earlier... NO, I'm NOT waiting!? Thinking that the newest owners have fixed the issues listed in previous reviews b/c my experience has been excellent. They do a great job, they are friendly and I have been there as they are getting ready to close and I watched them scrub and sanitize every inch of that salon. Making an appointment is pointless as they accept everyone who walks in the door. Went with a friend for pedicures a couple of months ago with an appointment and her pedicure was finished before mine even started. They are quite busy during lunchtime on weekdays, but they should still honor appointments and realize that people make them at a certain time for a reason. Service is also rushed because they are so busy and the quality of their gel manicures is very poor. Had a gel manicure today and my nails are bumpy and uneven. There is paint around my nails, paint not fully covering my nails, and they were not filed well, so they will definitely chip within a couple of days. The employees and not very friendly and "toss" your hand aside when they are finished with it. I gave this place one last chance, but after today I will not return. read more

I was just here recently and had a gel manicure done by Jennifer, she did a great job! She was very friendly and explained the process to me (as i was a newbie to the gel world). I have had the gel tips on for two weeks now and it still looks great! I just called to schedule a fill and they fit me in tomorrow. When looking up the number I noticed the reviews posted here and I was floored to say the least....I will be taking a more in depth look around tomorrow and update everyone as to what I see. I'm giving it two stars because they young girl that did do a great job on my nails and was super sweet! But the prices... OMG! $33 for A FILL with Gel polish. Crazy! No wonder why the place was empty while I was there. Not to mention after I questioned the price the owner and her husband kept trying to justify their prices. Shoving the "price card" in my face. Oh and let's not forget the employees who laughed and pointed and stared at me after I asked. Talk about uncomfortable. Had she not already started my nails I would of left. Truthfully it was a "drive by" and I won't go back but the fact that they HOUNDED me almost the entire time I was there about the price drove me crazy! Look it's your place, price as you want but any other salon that does much more of a massage, lotion hot towel then they did charge $20-25. Less than 1day after receiving a manicure, my 2 daughters my polish are cracked and peeling. I have never had this happen before at other salons. My Pedicure was quick and extremely abrasive on my legs. Not happy with the quality of work on my rough heels, I do a better job at home myself. read more

I am extremely satisfied coming here to East Goshen Nails. Every time I come in I am always greeted by Cindy or one of the other girls. Cindy does a great job making sure my nails are perfect and that I am happy before I leave. I play volleyball and other sports, so she always goes the extra mile.
