Zurchers Best One: Awfully bad experience with new brakes, rotors and calipers, July of 2021 thru August of 2022. This was an all-wheel drive Enclave and about $1,500 worth of work total. The brakes were not right when we picked the vehicle up. We took it back two more times and they still were not right. Drove it for a year and it shimmied when braking at highway speeds. Ended up having to pay a GM shop $500 to replace the front pads and rotors again. Awful service. When we took the car back they would never even call us with a plan. They just would keep the car for days. From our phone calls, they would leave us on hold so long we had to call back again. Hugely disappointed and out $500 for Best One in Monroe Indiana. Zurcher's is known for having the best prices on tires in the area. I live in the Des Moines area now and priced tires for my F150 at quite a few places. Since I was coming home for Thanksgiving, I decided to price them at Zurcher's. They were at least $100 less than the other places I had priced. I made an appointment and my new tires were on in around an hour. My only complaint is that I asked to get my old tires back. Instead of giving them back, they charged me the disposal fee. They acted quickly when I asked for the tires and the disposal fee back. I will be sure to check prices here again next time. read more

This is my go-to tire and automotive service dealer for my wife's 2012 Honda CR-V AWD as well as my 2016 Honda CR-V AWD. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable -- and they perform great service at a fair price. Their automotive service and tire service is the best in the area. Since Hondas require very specific parts and fluid specifications for optimum function, Best One of Monroe stock parts and fluids that meet and exceed OEM specifications -- or they will order the OEM part at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Best One of Monroe as a viable replacement for the expensive dealership. Just had 4 tires replaced on my Navigator. I was impressed with their listed prices online; however, when I paid the bill it was even lower than quoted. Who enjoys buying new tires? No really, is there anyone? Haha Because let me tell you, dropping a huge amount of money, sometimes unexpectedly, on tires isn't necessarily my favorite thing to do. But this time around I was given a heads up that my tires were nearing the end of their life so I started shopping around. I have a Honda CRV so I was expecting to spend a LITTLE more than what I've spent in the past when I had a smaller car. I was first quoted for $800+ for all four tires at a place in Indy and knew that I could find better - especially if I went to a smaller town. So that's what I did! I was able to get all four tires at this place for a little over $460 and I was so relieved. Like I said, this purchase is never that fun and I would have loved to use that $460 on a flight or something a little more exciting, but I guess that's adulthood, am I right? Soooo I'm all set now! And it only took them 40 minutes max to change all of the tires. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend checking them out for your tire needs. This is not a friendly review; I am only stating the facts about an unfortunate personal experience. In 2014 I went to the Monroe shop for tires and some other service issues. I recieved the credit that I needed, great service and good tires. A few months later I suffered a devastating fire and I lost everything. As a result I was not able to meet my financial obligations for a while. Zurcher turned me over to collections. I eventually paid that debt in full along with several others. It took me 3 years but I finally fought myself back to a good credit rating. In 2017 I was finally able to purchase another vehicle. I needed tires and a bit of credit to buy them with so I went back to Zurcher in Monroe. I fully explained what happened, why it happened and what I did to resolve the problem. I was onformed in a publc way that they didn't need my money or my business because of a failure to pay ( I fully paid that debt). I was publicly embarrassed and humiliated. A couple of months later I went to Walmart. I recieved the credit that I needed, I got the tires that I needed along with good service. What I didn't get was good old fashioned christian judgementalism and lack of forgiveness. I recommend. walmart. read more
