That is NOT how Justin and Brandy operate. You can tell they put thought and attention into each aspect of the yard, from mowing, to edging, to weeding, and the plant placement and control. The edges are always super clean, and the mow length is always proper and cut with sharp blades. And most importantly, they are good people who I can trust. He was extremely professional and apologetic, confirmed that the driver involved was immediately terminated, and assured me he would be reminding all staff of the importance of safe driving -- especially when operating a truck with a trailer, which requires longer stopping distances. These are marks of good leadership and accountability, and it speaks volumes about how this company is run. Good small businesses like this are the bedrock of a good community, and I appreciate how seriously they took the matter. Original Review: Earlier this morning around 8:45 AM, I experienced a dangerous encounter with a Quik Care Services vehicle. As I slowed to about 25 mph to turn into my neighborhood, their driver tailgated me, crossed the double yellow line, and honked aggressively. Fortunately, my Tesla's cameras captured the entire incident. While that behavior was unacceptable, the owner's immediate and thoughtful response completely changed my view of the company.
