Update (Oct 28, same morning): Within an hour of posting my initial review, the owner personally contacted me to address what happened. He was extremely professional and apologetic, confirmed that the driver involved was immediately terminated, and assured me he would be reminding all staff of the importance of safe driving -- especially when operating a truck with a trailer, which requires longer stopping distances. These are marks of good leadership and accountability, and it speaks volumes about how this company is run. Good small businesses like this are the bedrock of a good community, and I appreciate how seriously they took the matter. Original Review: Earlier this morning around 8:45 AM, I experienced a dangerous encounter with a Quik Care Services vehicle. As I slowed to about 25 mph to turn into my neighborhood, their driver tailgated me, crossed the double yellow line, and honked aggressively. Fortunately, my Tesla's cameras captured the entire incident. While that behavior was unacceptable, the owner's immediate and thoughtful response completely changed my view of the company. We had a cleanup of old vegetation and sod installed. Every person I spoke with was very friendly and answered all my questions. The final product looks amazing and they are coming back to check on the sod in a few weeks. They even programmed my sprinklers to properly support the new requirements. And Wayne saved me some money pointing out some plants (I was about to replace) were recovering from the frost. Definitely would use them again. read more

Complete sod replacement using a system approach. Multiple herbicide treatments to destroy old sod. "Call before dig" arranged. Irrigations system evaluated, repaired and set for new sod watering requirements. Old sold completely removed and disposed. Ruts in lawn fill with new top soil. New sod delivered in the morning and installed by the end of the day. And all this was done on a small job (614 square feet) that other contractors didn't show an interest in. They were hired to replace about 800-1000' feet of sod. I waited 2 months just to get on their schedule. I wanted to get the job done before Thanksgiving. They pushed me off and finally installed in Dec 2023. I noticed immediately that the sod did not look health. it was brown, had weeds and fungus. They only "warranty" it for 30 days. Everything looks bad. The grass is dying and weeds have taken over. I asked for a site visit with the owner. he refuses to meet me or even return my calls. I will have to hire someone to dig up and replace this eyesore. probably will cost we $2k or more. read more

Quik Care completed my landscaping project today and it looks incredible! Very happy with the work and will be scheduling a back yard remodel, next. If I have any complaints, it took 4 months from time of booking, to the day of work. I don't want to wait that long for my back yard project but, they DID do a great job. Everyone from the office ladies to the owner and crew were very nice. The crew arrived on the dot, at starting time and finished within 2 and 1/2 hours. Crew Leader and team were very respectful to me and my property. Great clean up and made sure I was happy with everything. Also, talked me through different steps along the way. The owner stopped by to make sure things were going smoothly. I am a new home owner with a lot of yard work from previous owners. Quik Care removed an old, ugly irrigation system and pump (eye sore), removed tree stumps, bushes and old cedar chips. I had new Hawaiian Ti and Jatropha planted, as well as river rock laid in the plant bed and driveway lining. Looks like a brand new house. Excellent work. Highly recommended. read more

I selected Quick Care Services based off other reviews I read on Yelp. I was not disappointed! Making the appointment to have a technician come to my home to inspect my irrigation system and make repairs was simple. The office called the day before to confirm my appointment and the technician arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. The inspection was completed quickly and I was given details of any repairs needed prior to the repairs being made. I was quoted a price and repairs completed. The entire visit was less than an hour. They installed a large drainage system to one side of our house and did a good job overall. They went a little extra in helping to fix a roof drain spout issue. On the down side they cut my neighbor's sprinkler line in half and didn't notice so the yard flooded and I had to fix it myself. On the up side the new drain sucked up all that water. I LOVE my new landscaping! Honestly I could not be more pleased with the results, service and staff. They were very friendly and communication was better than any I have ever received with other vendors. I would email and within minutes receive a phone call! They went above and beyond in so many ways. We were so happy with the new landscaping that we had them trim our huge oak tree (it's never looked better) and our 4 queen palms. Quik Care Services put my sprinkler system in 28 years ago. They also installed the sod. They have been great through the years, I often have them come and "tune-up" my system. This past week Cade from Quik Care came to do a tune-up and to fix a leak in the main line. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. When I call Quik Care I often speak with Jacque who is also a great representative of this wonderful company. Quik Care's prices are very reasonable. We had our septic tank system replaced (fun!... not), which was a multi-month process that culminated in needing a new irrigation system and sod. I did extensive research online to find the best sod and irrigation company. I scoured Facebook groups, Yelp, Google Reviews, etc. In my research, I found that Quik Care rose above the competition not just because they had the best reviews, but because they actually *responded* to the rare negative review, seemingly trying to rectify any issues. That was the deciding factor. And, boy, am I glad we went with them. Quik Care was very communicative from the get-go. They gave me multiple estimates for various types of grass installations, including with and without irrigation repair/replacement, which helped me and my partner look at the big picture and decide the best option for us. Their prices were fair, too. And, trust me, I went to dozens of companies and priced each one out. While some may have been cheaper, I didn't get the sense they knew what they were talking about, the way the team at Quik Care did. Once we approved the estimate and set the date, the Quik Care team continued to communicate timelines and expectations regularly. They were able to install an entire irrigation system and new sod in one day. The team who did the install were great: very friendly, and answered any questions I had. I appreciate the fine customer service we get from Quik Care Services. They've been providing our landscaping since we moved into our current house. Dave can recommend plants tolerant to temperature changes and custom design your shrubs. Someone from utilities comes out beforehand to flag the underground cables, etc. Then the workers come out on the day scheduled and are thorough in their work. They're always courteous and clean up debris in their wake. The sprinkler guy follows to make sure all the sprinklers work correctly. He's found leaks we didn't know we had.
