Chris asked a lot of questions and successfully helped us find the best mattress for us, he was very helpful and kind. That type of genuine customer care seems very hard to come by now days, which is very upsetting and discouraging. We very much recommend you stop by for your mattress needs. As I type this we are waiting for our mattress to be delivered so I can't comment on the quality of mattress. We will have to wait and see.

I'm only giving my review a 2-star because Freddy saved the day. No customers in store when I…read morearrived. I was greeted by Jojo and let her know I was there for two reasons: to see if my mattress I previously purchased had a warranty and if not, I needed to purchase a new mattress. Without even looking, she stated that they "switched systems" and was unable to look. I let her know that what she said was a lie because I was here this past October for an unrelated reason and at that time, my previous purchase was viewable. She called for Freddy and ask him if they could still see past purchases because I had called her a liar (right in front of me). I corrected her real fast and Freddy took over. The store wreaked of Jojo's perfume and I started to get a headache. I stand corrected because Freddy was only able to pull up my 2018 purchase and not the 2017 purchase I was inquiring about. He instructed me what to do at home to see if I had a warranty and how that processed worked. There are many Mattress Firm locations and I will not return to this one; however, if you do come here ask for Freddy as he has excellent customer service! Thank you Freddy.

Tried to upgrade to a king size bed the next day after paying $2,500 for a queen mattress and adjustable base which is only 600 online For the adjustable base. Mattress is good but also cheaper online. my fault should've known. I'm sure they'll be out of business soon, no one buys from them I should've known Just by the guys vibe in front doesn't even know really his job just there to chill and make easy money.
